I recently saw Dr. Robert Mignone at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy for issues with a deviated septum, sleep apnea, and allergies. He was incredibly thorough, listened to all my concerns, and provided a clear, comprehensive plan—including surgical options if needed. I left feeling informed and optimistic. What made the visit even better was the efficient front office and the ability to complete all paperwork and provide my information in advance through the website/portal from home. I hate filling out redundant forms in the waiting room, and this online process made everything quicker, less stressful, and reduced my wait time significantly. Everything is very good except when I needed the following up appointment I was told they could not do a telecall. When I spoke with Dr Kay he said to me why didnt you do a telecall. 45 minute drive for me each way when I could have do telecall.

Emma and Erika have been incredibly responsive, attentive, and compassionate in all of their communication — from phone calls to emails. Even the front desk team greets you with warmth and kindness every visit. It’s truly refreshing to have a doctor’s office where you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Mignone is exceptionally intelligent and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, offering reassurance and demonstrating genuine compassion for his patients. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding — easily an 11/10. I’ve already recommended Dr. Mignone and his practice to friends and family, and I will continue to do so.

We recently saw Dr. Mignone for our daughters procedure, and I cant say enough about how exceptional he was! From the very first moment, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel completely at ease. His calm, confident manner and genuine care for our baby were evident throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was quick, gentle, and expertly done - our daughter recovered beautifully and we could immediately see the difference in her comfort. I have tremendous respect for Dr. Mignone’s skill, professionalism, and bedside manner. Hes an outstanding ENT and a truly kind person. If youre looking for an ENT you can trust completely, I couldnt recommend Dr. Mignone more highly!

Dr McCullough and staff are excellent. Appointment was on time and all my questions answered. One thing that can be improved is the salutations used when emails go out. “Hi (last name)” is not very welcoming. It most likely is automated and nobody checked it out before sending.

I request a hearing test to determine how I should proceed with with hearing aids, etc. The test was thorough and pleasant. The review or the test guided me towards the only option to that would improve my hearing and not waste time, money, and disappointment with hearing aids. Very happy patient.

Conner is great! Took his time- very knowledgeable explained everything. My mom was at three different ear doctors and she would not let them touch her ears. He cleaned them out got the wax out. He was funny and made her very comfortable. I highly recommend.. we can’t thank you enough!
