Our Experience with the sales, office and tech team were great, no pressure at all unlike certain other agencies. Homestar is a Costco approved business and they were pleasant to deal with from start to finish and installed my Lennox AC the very next day after approving their quote. Tech installed a slab for the new air conditioner and replaced the old fixtures around it. Also received call backs asking if everything was ok and if I needed any support or help, to call them asap. We are happy with the purchase of a new Lennox air conditioner 2.5 ton and a new Lennox gas furnace 90,000 btu from Homestar this week in Aug. 2024. The installation team led by Ali is professional and provides good service. This team exhibit good workmanship, shows care by placing protection covers in our house corridor and sweep clean before their exit. The new equipment is running cool and quiet. Homestar is recommended due to our good consumer experience.
