GoogleThey installed the Rheem a/c and have been doing furnace and a/c maintenance annually. Quality service although we had “Ken” and “Simon” and they were great and thorough. A few others weren’t so thorough. My rating is for the latest visit by Simon and explained what he did very well.
GoogleWe’ve just replaced our furnace and thermostat and we are pleased with the installation process. The technician, Mohamed, arrived on time and finished the job as quickly as possible. He is very knowledgeable of the products he is installing. He took the time to answer our questions about the thermostat features since the “pro” ecobee is not clearly described online and “pro” means just that it is installed by contractors and not that it’s the top of the line. Still it serves its purpose. I just wished this was explained to us when we got the quotation. Mohamed left the place clean and removed all the trash/ old furnace.

GoogleAli was the HVAC tech who installed a mini split ductless air conditioner for me today. He and his team came on time, understood clearly how and where I wanted the unit installed and did an excellent job! He did not rush his work, did not create much damage at all and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, he explained how everything worked and how to maintain the units. He did not leave my home until he was sure that i was satisfied. He spent a lot of time ensuring that everything was done exactly right. I highly recommend Ali and his team to whomever is thinking of installing a Lennox mini split ductless system. Thank you.

GoogleI would give For Saving Home Service 6 stars if I could! I recently purchased an older home built in the 60's that had a barely working furnace and water heater from the early 2000's and an AC unit from the 90's that we didnt believe worked. I spent a few weeks getting quotes from 8 separate companies (Enercare, Reliance, AtlasCare, etc) and was all set to go with one of the big names when I saw a booth while leaving Costco with information on Furnaces. I set up a home visit for a quote and a few days later Stan from For Saving Home Service showed up at my door. Stan was amazing. No big pushy sales pitch, answered all of my questions, and gave a quote that easily beat every other company I had priced out. There was also the added benefit of getting a large cash back rebate from Costco for the Furnace followed by a 3% additional cash back bonus for using my Costco Credit card. In terms of the install, the team was very professional and friendly. The laid down protective mats all on the hardwood between my front door and furnace room in the basement as to ensure nothing was damaged from their work. They also cleaned up all working areas before leaving. Since the install, the Heat Pump (Brand: Direct Air) has worked flawlessly and the furnace has only came on once when the temp dropped below -10 outside. The water heater and furnace have also seemingly worked perfectly. If anyone is in the market for heat pumps, water heaters, or furnaces I would definitely suggest going with the For Saving Home Service team!

They installed a new tankless water heater for us, arranged the seamless removal and return of our rented water heater and addressed our concerns when the first tankless system seemed to have some issues (two faulty parts which was the responsibility of the manufacturer). The very same day, they returned three more times to troubleshoot and then removed the initial system and gave us a new one. Tony and the team wanted to ensure we had hot water the same day. We could have gotten the run around as we have experienced with other issues and other contractors, but instead we were delighted to find a company that truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied customers. We can definitely report that we are 100% satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

The technicians, Mohamad and Hamid, came to replace our old furnace enen it was dinner time. They are very professional, responsible and friendly. They did a great job. The service was very fast. It was just several hours from our first call to all done. We are very satisfied with members from this company.

During furnace cleaning today, although this was not part of the technician's job, when he tested the furnace for gas leaks, he also tested the gas leak of my hot water heater tank - and there was a minor leak. No one has ever done that for me, not even the company that services my hot water tank (a rental). Greatly appreciate the technician's patience in thoroughly answering all my questions, spending time to educate me on what he was doing, and finding a gas leak. GoogleHomestar Heating and Air Conditioning did a spectacular installation of my air conditioner. Ali and his crew improved substantially on the previous installation of a failed unit by a different installation company. Ali rotated the unit a quarter turn to improve the line run, creating a straighter line between the copper and the wall. He ran all new copper and a new wire as was to be expected. He and his crew were courteous, efficient and performed a good clean up while minimizing any disturbance to the property. The previous installers had reused the original 18 year-old copper and wire, kept the copper and wire I paid for and run over 14 welds between the unit and the wall, creating multiple potential leak points and voiding any third party coverage for a service contract. By comparison Ali used only 4 welds, two at the unit and two at the coils. If using Costco, as I did, I would request Homestar. Costco pricing with premium service.
