I was very satisfied with my first appointment today at clear lakes the whole staff starting from front desk receptionist and the dentist assistant that took me back did X-rays and to my room and my attending Dentist she was so gentle and up front very very kind and detailed to where I understood every thing I am gonna go through and I thank her and the whole staff .really nice and calm place .thanks to AllBrooklyn Park clear lakes Dental office .and I never felt embarrassed they made me feel at ease with my dental issue..

They were great with my 2 year old today. It was his first time. I have a tooth that needs a root canal but they also told me other ways I can go about getting rid of this tooth that will still keep my smile in tact. They offer great referrals to get work done, and fit me in same day when i was having extreme pain.

What I didn’t expect was to receive such exemplary service throughout every aspect of my visit. Every dental care provider should use Clear Lake Dental as a benchmark or model they strive to attain for themselves. Thank you for everything!

Finally got a super good fit on Dad upper denture, and we go back next week for the final fitting!! Im saying tons of prayers that the final try in is as good as the last tryin!! After all of the original posts and many more visits for try in's and adjustments, for both of my parents, Mom chose to use a different dentist, closer to home. Dad's finishing with Dr Pham. She's an amazing dentist, and makes Dad feel comfortable! Nobody likes people digging around in their mouths.😗 She's thorough and doesn't settle because an improper fit can cause more problems; which I'd rather do before a "final try in" and delivery. The lab has still been the reason for many delays. I'd caution others who are helping parents get dentures, to ensure all of the appointments are with the same dentist, in any dental office with multiple dentists; it's a "too making cooks spoil the broth" type of thing. Consulting with another coworker's is a different thing, especially if an issue arises. The old practices for dentures is x-rays, treatment plan, pulling any teeth, healing, impressions & bite impressions. The new way is scanning the entire mouth, and scan the bite, without any impression materials, and agree on treatment plan, including any extractions and about 1 month later you get a 3D printed set of dentures. The 2 don't always mesh together. Dr Pham's experience and tools, that made her a very good fit to complete the last couple-few months of work on Dad's dentures. Please note: the many dentists, including Dr Banchy, Dr Hanson and Dr Olson, and all of the staff at the Brooklyn park location, have always been caring, friendly, gentle, kind and most importantly, respectful with my parents and myself. The lab's many issues have made this a very long process. But, Dad enjoys going in and seeing the staff. And I'm so happy Dr Banchy recommended sticking with Dr Pham, because she's taken her time with Dad, ensuring the alignment, bite, color, fit, size and speech patterns were correct for him. Side note: Dad's been a singer for his entire life and he's a veteran- sadly, many vets aren't able to get dentures because that's not service related. So, I appreciate finding a dentist that accepted his insurance. Original posts: The receptionist, dental assistants and Dr Park were all very attentive, nice, patient, detailed and professional. They made my usually nervous Mom, feel at ease and answered all of her questions!! They also set up/explained the plan for Mom's dental needs which were easy to understand. This will be a very popular dental office, with this kind of staffing from the front desk to the pano machine, to dentist chair and back out!! If I were still assisting, this dental practice would be a great place to work!! Mom broke a tooth and we got in the next morning. Dr Hanson did wonderfully with keeping Mom comfortable! Mom and I, for the 3rd time, were very happy with them listening and worked on Mom's tooth with kindness & compassion! Another good day at the dentist. Dr Hanson kept Mom relaxed for impressions and Dr Park was so kind and reassuring for getting the good fit on the last impression!! And all of the assistants are also so patient, kind and respectful of Mom's dental needs while we're there. Now I can add that Clear Lakes Dental, Brooklyn Park location, has helped to troubleshoot referrals and a final plan for Dad's dental health. After about 6 hours of insurance calls and trying to coordinate and find an oral surgeon that's in-network for Dad, that's a huge relief. Both my parents and myself really like the staff here and I'm very thankful for their kindness and thoughtful care of my parents oral health!! It helps that my Folk's like everyone here, because sometimes they'd rather not bother with some health issues. The kind and caring staff, makes it much easier for me to get my parents in for regular and necessary oral health care. After a few lab messed ups, Mom's try in went good and Dr Park made sure there were no worries for Mom's final fitting of her upper plate

My daughter & I changed providers to Clears Lakes Dental Brooklyn Park due to my insurance changing. I came in today for a possible loose / broken filling. Staff was friendly & I was taken in early. They had dental students learning/shadowing & they were all nice. Dr. Park was great-as usual! He has a great “chair side manner”. He checked out my molar & let me know it was all ok. Yay! He was friendly & professional-as usual. I HIGHLY recommend him & Clear Lakes Dental Brooklyn Park.
