I really like Dr. Navarro. This was my first time seeing him. He's took the time to talk to me. He explained what he was doing and told me the appropriate next step. I'd like to continue to see him in the future.

The office is immaculate and inviting , was a regular maintenance visit and improvements were made on my devices which have helped tremendously. The front desk was very helpful. The nurse in the back was very friendly and explained everything she was doing. The doctor listen to everything I had to say and then ran a couple of exercises on each side of my body. Doctor clearly explained what my issues and what were the next steps.

The staff was great! The doctor, after questioning and examining me, gave an explanation for my conditions and suggested some routines to try to minimize the issues I am having! Was Very happy with his explanation and will try his suggestions. No need for me to return unless new symptoms arise!

From the front desk staff, to the tech who took me back to the exam room, and finally seeing Dr. Deidre, my first visit went great. Everyone was professional, kind, and the doctor answered my questions thoroughly. I learned a few new things that my former ENT should've told me about, so I'm glad Dr. Deidre is knowledgeable.
