This was my first visit to Becker ENT. Deidre Emerich is the best! She listened carefully, explained things thoroughly, and created a plan for helping me with my lifelong sinus issues. The staff is also the best! Everyone was respectful, courteous, pleasant, helpful and professional! They all clearly enjoy working with the patients! So refreshing to be treated so nicely! Dr. Ahmed reviewed my concerns, patiently explained the sinus scope, and went over the next step needed. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns, then explained about the teleconference to explain results of the prescribed CT scan. He was personable and professional.

It took two receptionist to assist one patient. Actually, the receptionist was working with me and stopped to help another patient while in the middle of checking me in. I wished that she finished with me before helping the receptionist. I took awhile to assist the other receptionist. Thanks for asking for my comments.

Office was very nice, staff were very friendly, and Dr. Ahmed was very helpful. My only complaint is that Penn Medicine sends too many texts / emails before and after. It's overkill, really!

I had several sinus infections which Dr. Mignone successfully treated. However, I then had a terrible sinus infection that was relentless. He pursued the cause and performed surgery that finally resolved the problem. His surgical skills are excellent. I was treated out patient and had no pain. Most importantly, the problem is resolved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Robert Mignone with Becker ENT.
