I saw Shannon Erlich at my appointment at Becker ENT. She was very thorough, easy to talk to, and came up with a plan to help me. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she engaged me in decision-making. The time from check-in to being seen by Shannon was minimal. The administrative and nursing staff were attentive and friendly as well. Overall, a very good experience at Becker ENT and I would recommend them without reservation.

I had a tube inserted into my ear and even though it was painful, it was nessesary and I am following up with my drops. Dr. Magnone is very good in explaining things and the whys and hows of doing. I highly recomend them.

Been to this office several times and was not happy with them . Today however from the new receptionist who was amazing multitasking running the desk alone to the new audiologist I couldn’t be happier . The new audiologist was so knowledgeable and did an above and beyond job of rectifying my mother’s hearing aid issues . Those gial are an asset to your practice.
