Very exceptional staff. All are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Shortest wait time for any doctors office I have ever been to. My ear blockage was drained the same day I went. It was so nice to be able to hear again. Highly recommend.

I really liked the treatment. The doctor Omar Ahmed was very kind and listened to every detail of what I told him. It is clear that he has a lot of experience in the area. I saw Shannon Erlich at my appointment at Becker ENT. She was very thorough, easy to talk to, and came up with a plan to help me. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she engaged me in decision-making. The time from check-in to being seen by Shannon was minimal. The administrative and nursing staff were attentive and friendly as well. Overall, a very good experience at Becker ENT and I would recommend them without reservation.

I had a tube inserted into my ear and even though it was painful, it was nessesary and I am following up with my drops. Dr. Magnone is very good in explaining things and the whys and hows of doing. I highly recomend them.
