I particularly appreciate it when doctors are smart, effective, and attentive to the details of the patient's needs and situation. This was certainly the case in my appointment. The administrative support was also excellent. My needs as a person with a disability were taken into consideration smoothly and without difficulty, which unfortunately cannot be said of all the other medical facilities that I have visited. I am a very satisfied patient so far. I recently visited again regading a routine matter, which was resolved very capably and in the appropriate,, professional manner. I am a very satisfied patient.

Dr.Frake has earned my trust since my 1st visit early this year. This is my 2nd visit in 2024 to check on hearing issues due to surgery and radiation. Dr Frake was well aware of my situation (he’s the one who found my tumor and referred me to a head & neck surgeon). As usual he took the time to listen to me, then examined my nose, throat and ears (including both ear canals). Then he cleaned both ears from the radiation’s residue causing a big relief.. I’ve been very satisfied with Dr Frake services.

As always, very thorough and professional service from audiologist Josephine Han. With the crowdstrike issue shutting down access to computers she broke out her personal Macbook to access my records and went old school with the hearing test -- keeping my appointment and getting me the checkup I needed.
