The entire experience - from the initial consultation through the completion of the job - was pleasant and professional. Brandon was definitely a subject-matter expert and walked us through the entire process during the initial meeting. Communication was excellent leading up to the start date, and the 4-man crew that arrived was well-prepared and really knowledgeable. Whenever I wandered down to the basement, they were happy to stop and answer my questions. The work was thorough, professional and FAST. They under-promised and over-delivered. They were in and out in 5 hours and now our basement is TRULY waterproof. Thanks to everyone who made the experience a positive one.
