Dick’s Pawn Shop East has always been there for me when I needed help. They are a wonderful, caring, professional group of people that always go the extra mile. They have to put up with a lot of nonsense from people and still stand there with a smile. That’s not easy. Remember, treat people how you would want to be treated. Thanks again for looking out!!

The lady in the jewelry department went above and beyond to help me find a necklace!!!! Don't see the kind of service these days!

After hearing mixed reviews about this place, I was cautious about how things were going to go. Jared, and another associate behind the main counter, turned an otherwise stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Customer service well exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about how pleased I am overall. Definitely returning for business in the future.

I went to Dick's Pawn Shop, at 501 North, looking for a certain watch and certain brand one location did not have it, a gentleman who was helping me reached out to his other locations. I was referred to their Joe White Avenue location. There I met with Christine the lady with the beautiful British accent. She provided A One service. Thank you Christine I love my watch! And a shout out to the onsite jeweler who adjusted the band for a perfect fit!

I came into the store today looking for a handgun and possibly a rifle, I was immediately assisted by a young man that was very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. This person remained calm and assisted me through my many questions, as I am not educated all to well on today’s many firearms, calibers, and options. Zachary helped me decide that a 9mm would probably be the best option for what I want it for. I passed on the rifle today...but I will be back soon to purchase one!! Thank you Dick’s for the amazing service and I recommend asking for Zachary when looking for items!
