Jill was the most helpful person I’ve come in contact with in any of your area stores! We were looking for a wedding ring for my fiancé, they didn’t have his size, and she was more than happy to order it in a few sizes or styles so he could find what worked best. Amazing customer service. Any time I need jewelry I’ll absolutely be buying from Jill!

Jill created the best possible scenario for my wife's wedding and engagement ring, which no longer fit her finger. We are now enjoying a new setting with the original diamond! I would highly recommend Jill if you are looking for any jewelry purchase or replacement!

Shellene was awesome. She took her time with me as I tried on several pairs of earrings. I purchased a beautiful pair of chandelier earrings. She then showed me a few necklaces I had described for her. I went home without the necklace but had some questions later that evening. I texted her and she sent me pics of all three she had shown me. We discussed different lengths and options. This was after closing. The next day I called and dropped by in for one last look and went home with the necklace that day. I will definitely be back in the future. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a watch from Dick's Pawn shop and man what an excellent experience I had. Shellene assisted me with selecting this watch and I truly appreciate her extended customer service. I would highly recommend making a purchase with this location to anyone. Thanks again Shellene! - Spanky

Both Jill and Sheylline were very patient with all our questions about diamonds and how to purchase an engagement ring. We changed our minds a couple times about the ring / diamond and they were only too happy to help with anything we asked - always with a smile. They also texted us pics of our purchase and our big event in life. We will return! 5 Stars all the way! 🌈🌈🌈

Dick’s pawn store in North Myrtle Beach. Where do I begin? Upon arrival in the jewelry section, I was greeted by a stunning and extremely nice Jill, who showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was then introduced to Zach, who made the rest of my visit simplistic and easy. Zach was able to negotiate a better price for me than the Conway store on Hwy 501, SC. After purchase, it was a pleasure to meet the store manager Adam. Adam and I had a genuine conversation about numerous things. Between the three of them, they made my visit enjoyable and helped me distinguish my go-to store from here on out. 5/5 Stars and a generalized 10/10 rating.
