This is my first visit to Sand Dermatology. I arrived about 20 mins early and they got me in within 5 mins. That is so appreciated. The Dr came in almost immediately so I didn’t have to wait in a room for a long time which is greatly appreciated! They were kind, the room was clean and they were on time, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

The ladies in the office are friendly and super nice. The doctor was very attentive and showed real concern. No real wait times. The office is very clean and the Spotify music selection is awesome...had me singing along to every song. Although it was pretty far it was worth the drive.

Very nice very caring

I went in to have what I thought was just a simple mole removed from the outside of my nose, had it for a few years. The first Doctor Who removed it sent it in for biopsy and found that it was a low risk cancer. Less than weeks later they had me back in the office to remove it from deeper basal cell. Everyone in the office is very pleasant, friendly, efficient and professional. The facility is very clean. And that means a lot to me. The doctors have great bedside manner and make it easy for you to speak openly. I'm so pleased with the service that I've received that I am going back for other necessary procedures. Don't think that it's just a standard Dermatology practice, take a look at their website and you will see all the different Services they provide. The doctors are accredited - all available on their website- which is why I feel comfortable going back for other procedures. Highly recommend!

I am a physician myself (board-certified in emergency medicine), which means I have high standards for things like bedside manner, professionalism, etc. Sand Dermatology is a 5-star experience all around! My dermatologist is Dr. Jamal Saleh, and he practices at the Orange clinic on Mondays. From the moment he walked in the room, I could tell Dr. Saleh is top-of-his-class material. Good dermatologists have this uncanny ability to take one look at your skin and immediately tell you all sorts of things about your body that you had no idea could be elucidated from skin, and Dr. Saleh exemplifies that kind of doctor. Within minutes we had a care plan, we were planning an excision procedure for a lesion on my skin (which I had foolishly misdiagnosed myself), and he had even remarked on other skin abnormalities I had. Turns out, for instance, what I thought was abnormally dry skin was actually ichthyosis vulgaris and required a different lotion than I had been using! At no point did I feel like Dr. Saleh was trying to sell me something. In fact, the only product I left with a recommendation for was for over-the-counter lotion! All the staff at the clinic were professional and courteous. Even the person I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice! I received a voicemail several days later to discuss the results of my biopsy, as planned. All in all, a great experience. I plan to be back in the future!
