GoogleGoogleI have been searching my area for an electric lightweight folding wheelchair for months. I also searched online, but was afraid to buy in case the seat did not fit me. At Mobility Plus I was shown two chairs that met my criteria, and chose the lighter one, at 35#, in about 5 minutes, after trying it out. I love it! I can go to big stores and get around, now!

GoogleI had shoulder replacement surgery Aug 2024. My Dr told me I would have to spend 2 months in a recliner chair 24/7 sleep too. So I thought I better spend the $$$ and get a good one. Best decision I ever made!!! I do not regret for one second purchasing the expensive lift chair (don't get the cheap model) if you have surgery. Five months later I am still sleeping in this wonderful chair. I've never had a back ache a butt ache or any discomfort of any kind. Mobility Plus was the greatest place to buy this chair. When I paid for the chair we arranged that they would deliver and set up it up for me the day I was having surgery. When I came home from hospital the chair was exactly where I specified set up and ready to go!!!! Very seldom do things go the way I specify for delivery and set up. But in this very important time Mobility Plus delivered a perfect experience for me. I can't say enough good things about them, their very professional service and the chair they provided. Five star experience for me from a five star company!!!! It's refreshing to know some company still puts high value on customer satisfaction.

The technician was exceedingly helpful and really acted above and beyond the call of duty and helping me understand the operation of the chair and the set up. I would recommend mobility plus to anyone as your first call when you need nobility services.
GoogleTook my scooter in to diagnose a potential battery/charger problem. The ladies were very friendly, helpful and thorough. They investigated, found the minor issue and fixed it. They even wiped the dust of my scooter. I will be back!

She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable about the different products to ensure that whichever product I selected, it would meet my needs, and I felt comfortable using it. Inventory was such that I had several choices, and they even ordered another model so that I could compare prior to making my final decision. They also were flexible and worked with me on the financial payment. I am confident they will provide the necessary follow-up service. I highly recommend Mobility Plus for all of your mobility needs.
GoogleWe had the best experience renting a scooter for my Dad while he was visiting us! It really helped him enjoy time with the grandkids and made the Desert Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum, and a trip to the Ostrich Farm accessible and relaxing. I love that the scooter was delivered and picked up from our house! Everything was super convenient!

Called late on a Saturday a couple of hours before they closed seeking a toilet adjustment to accommodate an unexpected early hospital release of a mobility compromised family member. Brent was extremely helpful, professional and delightful walking me through getting the right accommodation. He even put the device together for me and kept me smiling and laughing with his great personality. I highly recommend this company and ask for Brent!
GoogleWe had a great experience with our scooter rental. We ordered on line and picked it up on schedule. They were helpful with a problem that wasn't theirs and honest about not charging us an extra day when they easily could have taken the extra money. We will be back if we have a red in the future.
GoogleI had to fix a break on my wheelchair and though they didn't have the part they helped me find it and told me to bring it to them and they'd put it on. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would have paid far more than what little they charged me and would likely still be waiting on parts if I'd have went anywhere else.

GoogleMy wife's scooter needed repair, so we rented from Mobility Plus Tucson while they checked it out. Pride quoted several hundred dollars for a part, but MPT found the problem was a bent pin in the electrical connector and were able to fix for under $100. Great, friendly, and honest people, who fixed the problem and didn't rip us off, which is refreshing to find nowadays.

I paid 40 bucks and got a great chair that hauled my 6'2 240 frame everywhere with no issues. Super easy to disassemble if needed. It easily fit in my trunk. The young lady running the front was a customer service expert. She's wildly knowledgeable and made sure I knew every detail I needed to. A superstar for sure. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe rented a scooter for my father for a day trip to Tombstone & Rose Tree Museum. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our mobility professional matched us with the right scooter in minutes and ensured it fit in our vehicle. We had a thorough tutorial on operation and assembly( 5 min).The scooter performed beautifully and could easily traverse doorways and maneuver inside buildings. The battery had 90% charge when we we finished for the day. Our total charge was $38.03 ( inc. tax) for 4 wheel premium scooter. I was very happy with the exceptional service and extraordinary value I received at Mobilty Plus ( plumer ave. location). I will be back!
GoogleI had no preconceived idea of what a mobility store would be like, but having met everyone at this store, I can say friendly and accommodating. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered fully and honestly. When I first went into the store I was immediately met by the owner. He spent close to an hour answering every question I could think of as there were several products I was curious about. I did have an idea of what I wanted and after I exhausted every other option, I ended up having them special order exactly what I wanted.I wanted a "4-wheel drive" scooter that could handle uneven ground with high clearance.The exact scooter I wanted was delivered ready to go about a week later. I went on an exhausting 2 hour tour of my entire property which I hadn't been able to see for the last 6 years.The scooter went everywhere I asked it to, over high grasses, uneven ground, big puddles and potholes. I am very happy with my choice of store and scooter. Thank you, Gary!
