I had a major issue with my engine misfiring and Robert helped me identify the issue really quickly. I was a walk-in, and they had plenty of capacity at the time to work on my car. Robert was thorough when testing so he could narrow down the cause of the problem and he updated me frequently. He only recommended what was needed to fix my engine and had parts ordered, delivered and installed within a couple of hours. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner despite me coming in without much notice! I was expecting the process to take much longer due to the issue with my engine, and was glad I could be in and out within the same morning. Edit: I came back here after a few months due to my battery dying and needing a replacement. Once again I was impressed with the service and pricing and I never question the quality of work after I leave. They were thorough and kept me updated on my car as I waited. Pricing for parts and labor became more concrete after they reviewed every option for my vehicle and the situation.

Our vehicle’s AC stopped working properly and in this heat, we needed it fixed asap. We brought our car in to S-tier auto shop and they took it in immediately and within 24 hours, it was fixed! They were great to communicate with and had done a great job with our vehicle. I believe we found our new mechanic! We’ll be back.

They're honest & do a very good job !!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. They were able to get me in when I needed help, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained why my car was making the sound I had been hearing. I especially appreciated the communication by both Robert and Gary. They set clear expectations about timing, completed the repair quickly, and made sure I understood what was being done and why. The real test came afterward: I drove the car 1,182 miles without a single issue. It performed perfectly and gave me complete confidence on the road. Knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, and dependable. Exactly what you want in an auto mechanic. Five stars and highly recommended.

If you’ve ever moved to a new state, you know how hard it is to find a mechanic who is honest, affordable, and actually fixes the problem. After two bad experiences with mobile mechanics, I took a chance on S-Tier Auto Repair and Performance. I couldn't be more impressed. The team welcomed me with incredible Southern hospitality and elite customer service from start to finish. They delivered exactly what was promised—a correct repair done right. They’ve officially earned all of my future business.

Robert if fantastic! He’s honest and a straight shooter when it comes to repairs. He’s worked on my Infiniti QX80 and Volkswagen Atlas. We will always use him for any of our repairs !

We’ve brought a few vehicles to S-Tier Auto Repair and Performance, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, another mechanic quoted us more than $500 for a basic repair on our truck. S-Tier diagnosed the issue correctly and completed the repair for less than $70. Great service, fair pricing, and a team you can trust. I highly recommend S-Tier Auto Repair and Performance!

Robert is a talented mechanic I trust to work on our vehicles - he's done both large and small jobs on multiple vehicles we own flawlessly - great and honest service at fair prices. Highly recommend S-Tier for anything a simple as an oil change to jobs as complex pulling and rebuilding an engine.

Google

Great experience!!! They did a great job!!! Figured out the problem and then gave me a very fair price on the quotes. Got the brakes done this morning and couldn't be happier...it no longer shakes and I just feel safer in my car...I will be back for sure

Google

Honest and nice folks. Talked directly to the mechanic and he explained everything clearly and did not push me to do extra services. Will be using them again for service on our Volvo.

Google

I highly recommend Robert and his team! They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly know what they’re doing. They fixed several issues on my car, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. They were friendly, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the excellent quality of work they provide. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and affordable mechanic, I definitely recommend Robert and his team. I’ll be coming back for any future car repairs!

Our experience yesterday (Sunday July 9th 2023) was second to none! Melissa, our driver, was punctual, courteous and extremely pleasant! And Gary, the owner, is very personable and efficient. Our limousine was spectacular in every way which made our event even better. Well done AAA Limousine, great job. ============================================== Yet again AAA Limousine delivered a consistently fantastic service! This is the third time we have used this limo company and they, as always, provided an exceptionally outstanding service each time! Melissa, our driver throughout, was amazing, she always contacted us one hour prior to the pickup time, to confirm everything was on schedule and what time she would be arriving. She was attentive, punctual, courteous and extremely professional. The booking process could not be easier, Gary, the owner, is great to work with and responds to messages or phone calls promptly. All-in-all a highly recommended limo service that we will continue to use, please don't take my word for it, TRY IT, you won’t be disappointed! Andrew Evans, a highly satisfied client.
