Michael was the perfect salesperson! He helped us choose appropriate bathroom faucets and everything else we needed. He took time to explain reasons why we should or not take a particular item, then showed us alternatives. I was waiting for an additional piece from Montreal and true to his words he ordered it and called me as soon as he received it. A man of his words! He is a great representative of your organization and I would definitely return for my next Reno . Thank you Michael!

I visited Agua looking for a shower kit and received outstanding customer service from Niusha and another gentleman. They patiently answered my questions and explained in detail the features of the various options. When l made my decision on a second visit, l was served by Niusha and placed a deposit on my order. What impressed me most was that she went above and beyond to ensure that l made the most advantageous choice, by calling me before my pick-up and drawing my attention to a promotion that better served my needs. In the end I received a superior product and complemented it with another product. I dealt with both Niusha and the other gentleman at least twice and each time was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would like to thank them both for my positive experience at Agua!

After some research we found Agua is the best choice within our budget, their rough in valves are made of solid brass and the cartridges are ceramic, which is hard to find in this price range, we end up bought one shower system (vienna) and two faucets, Weve had it installed for 3 weeks now (by contractor) Were happy with all of them so far, like the water pressure and the quality of the finish. Didnt give 5 stars because I rarely do, there is always room for improvement. For example, I feel the handheld shower head of our shower system is a bit light in weight. But over all is very good so far.

Went to Agua to purchase a few mirrors and was delighted to find that Laura and Nuisha were so helpful. They really wanted the overall picture of the bathrooms in order to suggest the perfect mirror for each room and even offered advice beyond the mirrors. So helpful to work with people who have overall design experience and can make other suggestions for the room rather than only showing you what you came in for. Thank you Laura and Nuisha, it was a pleasure meeting you both and I will be back when I start doing the basement !!

Excellent service, beautiful showroom and excellent quality with lifetime warranty on the products. The staff is so welcoming and treat you as family with utmost care and professionalism. I bought my whole house plumbing fixtures from Toronto showroom. Had 2 issues with the products as one of the lids of the toilet seat was broken and other was the shower faucet knob was missing. They shipped out both products immediately and i'm so very satisfied with the purchases with Agua. Thanks Kriti and Laura. You guys are amazing. Have a great holiday season.

I went into the Toronto showroom because someone told me how great it was and I needed a new shower set. I was greeted by Laura who was friendly and knowledgeable. I went with her recommendation of the Vanika shower set in gold. It looks great in my bathroom and I will be back for more fixtures when needed.
