If you feel you are disabled and think you have a case don't walk the road alone. It's complicated, difficult to navigate with a low success rate. When I become disabled I did some research and I settled on Roeschke Law. We had a consultation, my documentation was reviewed and case was accepted. My attorney stood by me and answered questions as I filled out paperwork for the SSA. My initial claim was denied so an appeal was filed for reconsideration again denied. My attorney felt we had a good case so she asked for a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge. The Judge ruled in our favor. It was a bit of a long road but we got there and no way could I have gotten there alone. Roeschke Law highly recommended.

This law firm was recommended to me by another person with the same disability as me and I’m so thankful I made that call to them. I was trying to get disability on my own without any success. After being denied the first time thankfully this firm took over and I didn’t have to do anymore of the heavy lifting myself. They took care of everything for me. Even things I thought I had to personally do myself I learned that nope they already did it for me. They are wonderful and have great communication skills. They explained how everyone gets denied the first time and most cases have to go to the hearing stage in front of a judge. Yes it’s a long process but it’s worth it in the end. They called and prepared me for everything I would be asked. Brooke was a rockstar. Thanks to them I recently got approved for my disability, which I’m still in disbelief over because of my age and the condition I have. Both things make it very difficult to get approved for. If you’re looking for people to fight on your behalf this is the firm for you. PS they only get paid their fee if you win the case, so you know they are working their hardest on your behalf.

It took some time but it was getting a hearing scheduled with the Judge, But I won my case thanks to DAA they kept in contact and got all my paperwork from the Doctors and I also kept in contact with them about all my appointments. It doesn't happen overnight it has to do with the schedule of the Judge and how many cases he has but I couldn't be happier Thanks to Kiel and all his staff.

It was a long drawn out process taking three years to get a decision form a Judge , the only item that was a bit odd is I had about six or seven different "client contacts" before finally speaking with my attorney at the law office. I will say though that my decision to have a in-person court appearance versus phone was the right decision and my attorney Peter guided me through the process. I would recommend their office.
