It was a win win… Timely, efficient, good communication … works well with customer details … an excellent company with great expertise & knowledge … their precise take down & cleanup was phenomenal… And they even had a helmet made for my son who they let get in their Feller Buncher truck …17 trees taken down, stumps grounded and 1 tree trimmed, all in 1 day!!! … They are personable, friendly, and accommodating … we will use their services again next year!

I recently had a towering, and difficult to manage, pine tree taken down by the Sears people. Everything was seamless, from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was courteous, accommodating, friendly, glad to answer any questions to my satisfaction. They were punctual, secured the area for safety reasons, were proficient at their various jobs, and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I can see they work hard to maintain high standards. The team from Richard Sears was incredible from the start. They came and assessed our property and explained their reasoning for all recommendations. They were easy to work with to set up scheduling. A job that was going to be 2 days was done in 7 hours. Trees cut, grounds raked and picked up, and any junk they had was picked up and thrown away.

Really nice people to do business with. I called , they came out within a few days and looked at my tree and diagnosed what the best options would be. .(very old healthy tree but carpenter ants had move in)-I was afraid that they would just tell me to cut it down, but they were very proactive-made a plan to try and get it healthy again. Couldn’t have been happier with the job that the Richard Sears crew did. They dealt with a rotten broken and leaning tree and got it out without damaging a shed underneath it. I wanted 3 large trees removed from the back of my property. My property backs up to National Grid power lines and I wanted the trees accessed from their right of way. I contacted Sears on 3/18/24 to request an estimate. They gave me a very reasonable estimate the same day. The work was scheduled for 3/21, which turned out to be a very windy and unseasonably cold day. Despite the weather, the crew arrived around 7:00 and worked throughout much of the day cutting the trees. My backyard was raked and all of the lumber and brush removed from the property. I had 11 large pots that had to be moved to prevent them from being hit and damaged. The pots were returned to their original places at the end of the work. The crew members were professional and considerate throughout. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for tree removal.
