The dentist I have is great, and I've been going a couple of years now because of her, but the administration is an absolute disaster. They ALMOST never answer the phone, recently asked me to repeat my "new patient" data forms on 2 consecutive occasions. When I commented that I had done it on my last visit, the receptionist replied, "I'm sorry but I don't find it in your file." Haha, why am I not surprised? When I needed a referral for a dental specialist not only did I have to ask twice, but they included the wrong X-rays and indicated the tooth number and the reason incorrectly, basically nullifying the referral. Just a couple of examples, I could go on. Luckily my dentist is worth putting up with it, but it would be great if the owners cared enough to fix their systems and train their personnel more effectively.
