I was introduced to Scott in January 2023 by my realtor and I was more than happy and very appreciative of his hard work to make the purchase of our home as easy as possible. Scott definitely left me with a positive experience because I reached out to him during a personal situation that was requiring me to refinance my home about a year later. Over the course of months, Scott was always more than happy to answer all of my questions even though I was not yet in the official process of refinancing. When the time came to refinance, Scott was on it! He literally went above and beyond, he sent me frequent updates via email/text, called me with updates, he literally kept me in the loop about everything...the good and the bad. It has been a pleasure working with Katie Beshara over the past two years. I had a tough divorce and my credit took a hit. Katie called me and asked if I was interested in refinancing my home. I told her I've spoken with other companies in the past, but when they saw my credit report, they stopped calling. It was Katie's promise to me that she would do everything she could to get me approved, but more importantly, she would be honest with me and let me know if it wasn't going to work. Katie got me approved, and 6 months later when my credit score had improved a lot, she got me another rate reduction.
