GoogleWe had a good experience with Jade Floors! They were quick to respond, always came when they said they would, & were efficient. It was not a small job- we were removing a good deal of tile & carpet all throughout the house, & even though that is never easy, I can’t see it have going better than it did with Jade Floors, & we are very pleased with the results. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future as needs arise! Abraham & his crew are very hard workers & always gave us the courtesy of a text when they were on the way, which was appreciated. We love the look of our new laminate! Highly recommend!

GoogleOur experience with Jade Floors from start to finish has been nothing short of fantastic. We had basically a short notice carpet emergency and needed a tearout/install to happen within about a 10 day period. Jade came to our rescue! Selection and ordering were quick and easy with Wade's in home service and coordination after that with Megan was delightful. Can't say enough good things about our installers, Lupe and Francisco. Hands down the best carpet install job we've ever witnessed! Thanks to everyone for a 5 star++ job. We'll be Back!! Thanks! Well, we came back!! And, Boy, are we excited about our new laminate floor! GoogleWe could not imagine a better experience when it comes to getting new flooring. We used Jade years ago for the installation of new wood floors on our main level and had the same experience this time with installing new carpet in the rest of the house. They are kind, honest, their prices were better than everybody else's, their communication leaves nothing to the imagination and the quality of work was exceptional. We could not be happier!
GoogleThe Jade system, bringing samples to the site, worked very well for me. There was enough choice so I could find vinyl plank and carpet which worked well together. This was a rental condo so I did not go high end but I am very happy with the delivered products and the skilled installation. The carpeting on the stairs turned out very well indeed. I haven’t done this for quite a while so I have no recent comparisons but the price seemed very fair.
GoogleJade Flooring was very easy to work with and promptly responded to all communication. They were able to accommodate ordering special vinyl and a change to our initial order. Thank you!

GoogleJade Floors did a fantastic job on our floors. We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! I recommend Jade Floors to anyone who is in need of flooring! We also reached out to friends who are remodeling their home and recommended Jade Floors for their remodel.
