I'm very happy with the service we received from Dale. Once we contacted him he was able to make it to our house right away to take a look at our broken washing machine. It took him no time at all to figure out what part had failed and since it was an easy part to replace I decided to order the part and install it myself. Once the part came in I got it installed and the washing machine worked great. Dale's troubleshooting was spot on. Thank you Dale!

I appreciated his thoroughness of looking at my washer. He told me every step he was doing and things for me to be on the lookout for.
