GoogleIf I can be a spokes person for this company I will but since I cannot I'm gonna tell you I am a walking testimony this was the best thing that happend to me completely changed my life I lost 80lbs in 7 months and I feel great, also the staff are polite, professional, and keep you up to date with knowledge if you happen to forget when it's time to back they'll give you a courtesy call. I'm just speechless at this point. DO NOT HESITATE JUST GO.

GoogleCritical: Professionalism I have been back multiple times, since my original review approximately a year ago, receiving time-efficient and professional services. This morning the new doctor was at the center early and even let a few patients in early to get out of the rain. I am making significant strides to reach my weight loss goals. I recently had my blood work done and my B12 levels are very high, exceeding required levels. As a result, I omitted my B12 injection today. I would like to suggest a weight loss package without the full dosage of B12 at a lower price point. I have been back a couple of times since I wrote the review below 10 months ago. The long-standing nurse checked in with me by phone and on one of my visits. I appreciate her customer service, professionalism, and consistency in ensuring that Right Weight is a reputable business providing quality medical care. I also noticed that there is a new doctor on staff, so hopefully timeliness has improved upon opening hours. As a result, I have increased my star rating. I maybe able to change it to 5 stars after a couple of early morning visits. I never write reviews, but today the lack of professionalism made me late to my next doctor’s appointment and work. The doctor arrived late. I was the first in line today. The center opens at 8:30 am, but cannot see patients until the doctor arrives. The receptionists were great checking in clients. They checked in 6 clients in under 3 minutes. We still had to wait more than 10 minutes for the doctor to arrive. At the end of the process, when I was getting my appetite suppressant pills the doctor was not in the office and her purse was in the chair. When she walked in she did not say anything to me, as the patient. This lateness and no bedside manner exhibited unprofessionalism. The doctor should arrive prior to the doors opening and actually address the patient. The doctor does not treat the patients, so the very least she can do is show some care for them with a greeting and value the time of the clients and staff.

I've always recommended friends and family to Right Weight Center because of my experience. The Staff is always readily available, always are aware of my particular needs. At the Right Weight Center the Doctor and staff routinely check my blood and blood pressure to help maintain my good health. I have nothing but great things to say about this Right Weight Center!!
