This store was literally a Godsend! I prayed He answered. In my 43 years of living I have never had a bra fitting that was so comfortable, informative, relaxing, eye opening... ALL the things! Salina was my bra fitter and this woman knew her stuff. Don't be shocked or put off by the fit service fee ($25) IT IS WORTH IT. I have been fitted by Soma, Victoria Secret, Nordstrom... free doesn't mean better. With that out of the way, I am so very grateful for Salina. She listened to my list of bra gripes and likes and after measuring me, even this was a little different than the big box stores, she began to bring me bras to try on. I loved all of them and my girls fit in, no side boob no ill fitting cups, her curated choices fit my breast so well. It was so hard to pick what I did, but I walked out with a bag of bras I love, guidance to care for them, and a smile on my face. And I paid the same or similar to what I'd pay for some of the ill fitting bras I've purchased from the big box stores. It was a big win! And they keep a fit file on you so you or your boo can always go in and know what to purchase. Paying for the fit service was an excellent investment and I 10 out of 10 recommend. Do it, your girls will appreciate you. Finally the store itself is organized and beautiful. I loved it.

After a disappointing visit to a store that claimed to specialize in working with cancer patients, only to discover they had just one bra in the entire store, I was feeling frustrated and disheartened. Buying bras has always been a chore for me as I’ve struggled to find ones that were comfortable and fit properly (which they never did). I just had my first bra fitting ever at The Bra Box. The staff was amazing! Naomi made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the fitting, and I found out that I am not the 42/40DD that I’ve been buying for years but a 34J! I heard about The Bra Box several years ago but kept putting off going. The right size bra makes me look thinner and feel more confident. I recommend anyone that can relate to my previous experience to visit them as soon as you can.

Service, Selection, Value! I am a 32F. I have to order online and all the department stores have become so Vanilla and useless…. I have a wedding to attend in 4 days, and the Universe was against me getting a corset bustier! And Department stores don’t carry them either! I found one at Macys and no where near my size or low enough to not stick out over the strapless dress. My husband found The bra box and pushed me to call them , and make the drive because I live in Bulverde, TX. I was so exhausted and frustrated I did not want to call and be disappointed again. I obviously waited too late to find what I needed! I ended up making the drive across San Antonio. Walked in, told her my size and what I needed, she came back with a corset bustier! I tried it on , it worked!! I was so overwhelmed with a bra place that actually Caters to women’s boobs!!!! I will never buy a bra anywhere else . I have twin girls that are 18, I’m taking them back and a 13 year old daughter as well! I walked around the store, grabbed some more bras and they were in my exact size, that NEVER happens to me. I’m 47 this year, that never happens to me…I have been telling my neighbors and friends and every woman I have a conversation with, truth! And I bought a cute pj set as well! Thank You Bra Box❤️

The Bra Box is the best! I was wearing the wrong size and style of bras for my body and now every time I put any of my new bras on I feel amazing! It’s not just about great quality and fit, I truly feel better about my body and all those negative thoughts about my breasts are gone. I was starting to think my only solution was to have surgery to make my breasts “normal again”. Nope, my breasts are great! I just needed someone to help me. Every single person working in that store is a wonderful human and they take so much time to help me find exactly what I need. I can’t recommend them enough. Go get yourself a new bra girl! You deserve it!

Always amazing customer service. I started shopping there in 2022 when I moved to San Antonio & it was excellent. Now, I've moved down to the valley and shop there when I am in town. Today however, I called because I need a new bra and don't have any trips there planned & they helped me just as eagerly as if I was in the store. Gave me options, sent me pictures and made recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough! Stop shopping at commercial bra stores (you know the one) and get a real fitting with people who care, you won't regret it!

Salina and staff are beyond amazing. I have been a customer since early on however, waited far too long between visits. I was greeted by the friendly staff upon walking in and signed in for bra fitting. I have gained some weight since my last visit so I was desperate for new bras. Had a breast lift and my Dr recommended the bra box because I said I would never wear an underwire. So met with Naomi and had the best experience. She fitted me with one beyond bra for everyday wear two others for running around and to sleep in all three are wireless but have good support and one dare I say underwire. No poking me in the side boob or under my arm. She got the right size for me. Beautiful colors soft and buttery. No they aren’t cheap but getting a few great bras will make a significant impact on your confidence. Thanks again Naomi. I will be back
