The service tech was very nice and answered any and all of our questions and/or concerns! We have been using them for years. We had an issue in our guest bathroom and they came out and had it taken care of in just a couple of days. They had to replace some studs and drywall and got rid of the termites at no cost to us. Elite Termite and Pest Control personnel have maintained our home for 15 - 20 years. They do a thorough job, are always on time and their prices are very reasonable; much, much cheaper than the national name companies. So glad we switched to them two decades ago.
