I was a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon and I was seen immediately. The woman helping me was super fast with the piercing and it didn't hurt at all after the needle went through. Would definitely come back here for any future tattoos or piercings.

Love this shop and will definitely return! DeJay completed a piece for me. He guided me through the layout and made certain that it was precisely positioned. He was so very kind and easy to work with. I had a great time getting my first tattoo! He paid close attention to what I wanted and made care to check on me frequently as we went along.

VNA, the store manager was very informative and professional. I’ve gotten a couple piercings here and will continue doing so if I want any more piercings done in the future. Highly regiment this cute location.

Black Cloud was one of two places I had researched and ultimately, I chose Black Cloud!! I visited two days prior to the day that I actually had the piercing done!! The Associate that Greeted me and showed me the difference piercing used was Awesome!! When, I returned two days later the Associate that Greeted me and ultimately did my piercing was even More Awesomeness!! For my First time experience with something of this nature was Beyond what I could have imagined, my ex-husband was with me and we had a Great time and Fabulous experience!! I will be returning once I get through a little of this healing process (which I'm doing very well) for an upper ear piercing!! Thanks, Black Cloud for being there and a Huge Thanks to Lil B., for talking and walking me through the process calming my little nervousness!!!😍

I went to get a septum piercing. The greeting of me walking in was very welcoming. The vibe and energy was great. The decor was soothing. Honestly I wanted to take my shoes off, thats how comfortable I was. The piercer is wonderful, very clean and patient. He talked me through every step. His technique of tell me to breath was on point. Very quick. And he even changed my Medusa piercing for me. Yes I will be going back and already told my friends about my experience. Oh and I can not forget that everyone I met that day was eye catching. So I got a 2 for 1 special, pierced and eye candy.

They did my belly button piercing. They were super nice and understanding of my emotions that I felt in the moment. Nobody there had an attitude, it was just positive energy all around. Plus they made me feel as comfortable as possible. 10/10.
