All major cracks were sealed prior to the seal coating being applied. The weather didn’t cooperate very well the day it was applied. Hot and humid led to rain the evening it was applied and then again the following day. There were several areas that washed away. I contacted the office and they asked me to send pictures to the owner. I did this and about a week later they were back re applying sealant to the areas that washed away. The driveway looks great.
