I ultimately decided to go a different direction for my immediate roof repairs, but I still wanted to leave Roof Recovery a review because of the experience I had with Alex. Alex gave me by far one of the most thorough roof inspections I received while getting multiple estimates. He took the time to show me the problem areas, explain what he was seeing, and provided a very detailed written assessment that helped me better understand the condition of my roof and the different options available to me. What I appreciated most was that there was never any pressure. I was upfront that financing and timing were concerns, and Alex was patient while my family considered our options. Even after I let him know we were going another direction for the immediate repairs, he was gracious and professional about it. Although I can't review their actual repair workmanship since I didn't ultimately hire them for this project, I can absolutely recommend Alex and Roof Recovery based on the inspection, communication, professionalism, and customer service I received. I'll be keeping their information for future roofing work.

Roof Recovery had repaired the roof a few years ago and did a great job, so I called them again because of a leak in a wall in a different part of the house that kept showing up when it rained. Alex was great. He inspected the roof and fixed a couple of little things, but he said the roof was not causing the problem. He didn't even charge me for the appointment. I'm very impressed and will definitely call Roof Recovery again.
Overall a good experience. The initial interaction was more “sales” forward than I prefer, but that is how it goes in this business and our sales rep, Vadim, was knowledgeable and communicative throughout. We had a two member crew perform the work, Axel and David, they were kind, professional, and efficient. We had some basic shingle repair and dry rot repair and from my non expert perspective, looks like they did a good job! We did get one quote that was around the same cost and from my limited research it was a fair price but not a great deal - but with something like this I didn’t want to risk taking a shortcut to save a few hundred dollars.

We had a roof repair completed due to squirrel damage. Ernesto and Mariano did a great job! They took many before pictures before they started working and pictures throughout the repair so we could see what they were working on. I had to paint a piece of plywood for our repair and Mariano got it all set up with drop cloths for me. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Jordan showed up for the inspection and took a bunch of pictures and did a thorough job explaining everything he found even though it was fairly late in the day. He continued answering my questions throughout the week. The repair was estimated to be about 30 days out but luckily I was able to fit in within the following week. On the day of the repair David and Axel showed up on time and began work right away. The work wasn’t as loud as I thought it might be and they worked pretty quickly. David and Axel kept working until the sun started to set and were able to finish the job in one day. The following day Jason showed up for a quality check, to pick up trash, and to make sure everything was cleaned up. He did fix something with a tile on the roof by making some cuts on it. Overall, I was happy from start to finish. I anticipate the repair lasting a while. It hasn’t rained since but all of the measures that were put in place for the repair make me trust that the issue was fixed.
