GoogleI CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT ROC PHYSICAL THERAPY. I HAD MY HIP REPLACED AND WENT TO A REHAB FACILITY FOR A WEEK. THEY WERE GOOD BUT THEY DIDN'T PUSH YOU VERY MUCH. THE PT OFFERED BY MEDICARE LEFT LOTS TO BE DESIRED. MY SON-IN-LAW WAS WORKING WITH ROC PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SAID COME JOIN ME YOU WILL LIKE THEM. I AM WORKING WITH MICHE NAKATA PT DPT. SHE DID A GOOD ASSESSMENT OF MY ABILITIES AND DESIGNED A PROGRAM TO MEET MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. MICHE IS WITH YOU ONE ON ONE THE WHOLE TIME YOU ARE THERE. SHE IS ASSESSING YOUR FOOT POSITION YOUR POSTURE YOUR BODY ALIGNMENT AND MAKING CORRECTIONS SO YOU DO THE EXERCISES RIGHT. I'M 80 YEARS OLD AND I DON'T WANT TO EXERCISE, BUT I DO, AND I HAVE FUN GOING TO ROC BECAUSE WE LAUGH AND JOKE AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING AND WE YAK AND GRUNT AND GROAN AND THE HOUR FLYS BY AND THE WEEK FLYS BY AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR PROGRESS. THANKS SO MUCH TO MICHE AND THE ROC STAFF FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND SUPPORT AND FRIENDSHIP.
