One on One coaching thru therapy

I strained a muscle on my arm and had a hard time finding a pt. I like aggressive work like cupping, dry needling and isolated deep massage. These guys do it all and use new technology like the BTR. I feel lucky to have found Nick and his team.

The employees of ROC are a great group of health care employees that are dedicated to helping those of us with physical needs. They are knowledgeable of the type of stretches/exercises that I need and genuinely care about my well being! My experience has been very positive and I’m so thankful I was directed to this Physical Therapy office!

As someone who attended a separate physical therapy company I Ibellieve these individuals are fantastic with clinic well run. My physical therapist goes out of her way to get to know me, my life and current activities while I am doing a helpful activity. The exercises are regularly changed for positive outcomes and helpful towards improvement.There is a physical therapist assistant who always makes sure I know which exercise is next and what the exercise looks like. In fact, the assistant is so knowledgeable that I originally thought she is also a physical therapist. I’m in favor of the room and use of beds and materials. The pillows are routinely changed so that they are clean. There is consistently room for each person to perform needed activities without bumping into others. When needed, I am reminded which table to be on, which band to use and what each exercise looks like. Always pleasing that I do not feel judgement passed by any employee. Team communication and coordination occurs so that each participant is attended to with their time respected.

I highly recommend ROC!!! They have excellent staff!! Everyone is professional and engaging. The environment is clean and inviting. They have a variety of equipment and use a variety of modalities to help elevate pain and strengthen the body. I have been going for about 3 weeks and I am doing much much better! I feel the more motivation and less pain! Thank you!!

Nick Griffith at the Guadalupe location is amazing! I have had shoulder, knee and back surgery where I needed physical therapy. Before I used many others but no one seemed to help. Once I started using him, I started seeing results!!! I will only use him for physical therapy. He is very knowledge and knows exactly how to relieve the pain. I highly recommend him
