I was in contact with Agua with regards to a defect in a new toilet. Although the outcome was not my preference, they had a quick response rate and were respectful to my situation in their correspondence. The toilet is sleek and a great fit for our decor. I would suggest if purchasing in advance of the project to unbox right away and look over the item with good lighting.

Bought a wall mounted sink, kitchen faucet, vanity tap, shower kit, and shower niche from Agua. All have been fantastic. Great quality and design for the price.
