Bed was nice, bedding was awesome. Friendly staff, good location. Got a chair with ottoman. They did a great job!

My family and l spent the night there and it was an amazing experience from check in to check out. I have already recommended this hotel to my boss. They have fitness center and an indoor swimming pool even though l didn’t have time to use them. Our room was clean. You get a private coffee maker fridge and microwave. Staff members are nice and friendly.

Hotel maintenance is really excellent. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is hot and lot of options. Wishing to visit again on my next travel

Everything was wonderful except the person in the Next Room was so loud all night long we did not get any sleep. The hotel was very clean and nice.

This was a great place to stay. The desk staff and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. They were very accommodating for my puppy. I’d stay here again.

We stayed in Indianapolis the night before- at a terrible hotel. This stay at the Baymont hotel was 100x better than Indiana! We were greeted, and got some free toiletries we had forgotten on our cross-country road trip. The beds were super comfy.. heater worked. Breakfast was good! Worth the trip and the money!

We had a good sleep after a terrible experience the night before. All was great but when we checked out we were asked to keep all our bags out of the breakfast area. So we left. We needed to go one the road and didn’t want to go back and forth to the car. Otherwise fine.

Stayed before and came back again. It has a good breakfast and nice pool. Weve had a suite both times. We will come back again when visiting.

We have always enjoyed our visit at every Baymont and the Springfield location was no exception. Clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast, they had a pepper / vegetable medley that was a great add to the scrambled eggs. Good job!

We appreciated that the front desk was 24 hour. My husband and I had quite a drive ahead of us. We did not get to Baymont until 1:30 am. We were able to get our room without any difficulty. Left early. Breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. Pancake maker was very good! Thank you!

Great location in a quiet side street. Lots of great food offerings in the area. Rooms are spacious and laid out in a manner to accommodate my mom in a wheel chair comfortably. The breakfast offerings are typical traditional with scrambled eggs, sausage links, tortillas fried taters and more. Youll be happy

Very clean rooms. Very comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. Carpet clean. Breakfast was satisfactory better than most hotel. Good value for the money. Friendly helpful staff. One issue was asking for room key everytime you walked into Breakfast Area. One suggestion give the guest a paper wristband to wear when entering the Breakfast Area. It is embarassing to be asked everytime you go into the area to get food. I understand the issue but it is annoying and makes a person feel uncomfortable being asked every 5 minutes.

Greeting was welcoming and genuine. Every employee encountered was professional and friendly. I’ve not found this level of service in many of my trips.

One night stay after going to Fantastic Caverns. Super easy check in and out with plenty of parking. Very quiet even though its close to the highway and close to several restaurants. Comfortable bed and adequate breakfast. Did not use the pool but everything was very clean and well maintained.

The room was spacious, clean, and well kept. There was free hot breakfast in the morning, an indoor pool and a fitness center. They staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind, the breakfast was great and the kids loved the heated pool. I found the pool to be a bit noisy because it echos really bad but that’s just part of having an indoor pool.

I Love the baymont because not only is it an older hotel but they keep the building up to part the only thing would be better is new carpet in the hallways
