The service was amazing even considering another guest was very unpleasant. The minute we approached the desk to check in or ask a question throughout our stay always greeted with a pleasant smile as of nothing but wonderful easygoing evening for all. One of the cleanest hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. A wonderful surprise too that all of the possible amenities were properly stocked and available. Overall a wonderful stay away from home. Will be staying again on few months when I visit my longtime friend.

Great place to stay right off I-44. Staff was very nice always wanting to make sure your stay is good. I loved how big the room was and how it had a clean feel to it and very quiet and the breakfast was great

Check in/check out was great! Room was clean and bed was comfortable except bathtub probably could have been cleaned a little better. Food for breakfast was ok, but it was nice they are taking precautions for covid.

Check in was quite pleasant… allowed us to see the room before checking in. Everything was clean, breakfast was plentiful, desk clerks were very pleasant and accommodating! Pool was clean but a little chilly for our tastes. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Had the best stay of our month long road trip at the Baymont. All of the staff members were so friendly! The room was immaculate and spacious. Towels were thick and fluffy and the shower felt so good. They don't skimp on the amenities. Breakfast was spectacular and well organized so that the area was kept clean and moving smoothly. We felt COVID safe visiting this hotel.

All the staff is kind and helpful. The place has always been clean. We’ve visited this hotel several times over the last couple years and I’ve never been disappointed in my experience. The food for breakfast is always fresh, available and the kitchen is kept very well clean.

My stay started out with sweet Alexa booking my room and Drew bringing my bags in showing my room. All awhile being professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel. As I had driven 10 hours the comfort of the bed lulled me to sleep. Thanks guys for the awesome service!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were greeted warmly by Shawn. He explained everything and even let us pick which room we wanted. ( we wanted to be close to the pool) The place was clean and staff was very friendly. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast. Again, the staff was nice and amazing! Definitely will be staying here again.

The Baymont on Evergreen in Springfield Missouri was relaxing. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, offered a nice continental breakfast, gym, hot tub and pool, outside patio, and freindly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was nice. The older man that was in charge of breakfast was amazing! They had a hot buffet breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pancakes, juice, muffins, mini cinnamon rolls. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were awesome

Nice clean room, but sure could use daylight bulbs instead of those dingy yellow bulbs. I spoke to the front desk and he said they were not allowed to put the daylight bulbs in but they have them at the front desk...go figure! Trees need trimmed out front and front desk said they would take care of them. Breakfast was GREAT!

Check in was easy and fairly quick. The rooms aren’t insulated well but everyone settled down by 10:30 - 11:00 pm. So wasn’t a problem for us. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of outlets. We only stayed one night but would make reservations to stay there again.

This property is back off the road from Glenstone which is helpful since there are so many prostitutes and transients hanging around other hotels on Glenstone. Only hotel guests were on the property. They allow pets, which is helpful. The front desk is helpful and most of the cleaning staff are polite. The room was not fancy but relatively clean. The bed and bathrooms were very clean which is the main thing. The area is quiet even when the hotel was fully booked. They also serve breakfast which helps for people on the go. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is not glamorous but it is very reasonable.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations except the shower. The shower handle presented a safety issue for small children, which we did not have. The shower control handle was loose an turned 360 degrees allowing for hot water to discharge first if turned in the wrong direction. We informed the staff and expect they took care of it after we left.

Excellent service! I basically chose which room I wanted. The room was clean and smelled great. I ordered pizza but did not think about napkins or plates and Jordan gave us some! The breakfast bar is amazing and the man serving was so friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean also!

The staff was incredibly friendly (everyone from the housekeeping/maintenance staff to front desk and breakfast room staff). It was a joy to interact with them. The room was very clean and smelled like disinfectant when we first arrived, but the air cleared quickly once the AC was turned on. The breakfast was a true hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as pancakes, breads and muffins, cereals (hot and cold), orange juice, apple juice, and tea & coffee. We will absolutely return to this hotel when staying in Springfield. The rooms were mostly quiet but you could hear conversations in the hall and doors slamming as people entered and exited their rooms.
