Choosing to stay here was beyond a great choice!!! Our room was amazing and had all the accommodations you could want. ( fridge, microwave etc). The location wasn't hard to find. Having the best customer care was their strongest feature!! Very welcoming and my 8 year anniversary will be here also 😁

I can say with much confidence I had the best stay of my life at this hotel. I do not remember the front clerks name but he exceeded my expectations!! Soft beds (and I'm pretty picky about my bed), soft pillows, clean room, ample towels, excellent pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast. I was impressed and would definitely go back!!! Great job to all the staff!! Thank-you!

Very nice, clean and comfortable room with lots of space. The mattress was ultra comfortable. Check in was personalized and informative. Quiet location with plenty of restaurants around the immediate area.

We just stopped on our way through to get some rest before continuing home…we booked on Hotels.com just a few hours prior and they dropped the ball. However, the attendant, Shaun, did an amazing job making sure he solved the issue, honored the price, and that our stay was more than we hoped for! VERY impressed and will definitely book here for any future visits to the Springfield, MO area!!!

Comfortable and clean stay. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get a room on the ground level which was nice. Breakfast was good. Nice clean area to eat in. Convenient location with restaurants nearby. If I come back to this area I'll definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 nights and never had a complaint. The room was fantastic. Clean and spacious. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The staff was more than accommodating! Will definitely be where we stay when we come back.

We stayed over a Sat night. Excellent service by check in staff and even better service in the Breakfast Buffet the next morning. Beds were very comfortable and room and bathroom very clean. Location of hotel is perfect for the city. We will use this Baymont again.

We call them while traveling on I 44 and they were wonderful on the phone got us a room. We got there Jeremy Checked us in and it was a breeze, The rooms We're really nice the beds are awesome. Really clean. And the continental breakfast was delicious and Kevin who runs the kitchen area is a delightful man who does a wonderful job And is very personable. Everyone that we encountered that works there were very pleasant and helpful I would recommend this Place. And the price was comparable to a super 8 which holds no candle to this lovely Hotel.

Nice place. We are an older couple with a little dog and found the accommodations quite pleasant. Cheerful staff. Everything exceeded expectations. The only downside was that the occupant of the room directly above us was very heavy footed. It seemed he was stomping around until very late and early in the morning. This is out of the hotel’s control but it brought down the experience

This hotel is outstanding! I visit Springfield about 5 times a year and have stayed at several different hotels in the area. This one is by far my favorite! The rooms are spotless everytime I go. The beds have quality mattresses that will make you want to sleep in every morning. They have a sparkling pool and hot tub located inside for all year access which is open late and opened early. They have a state of the art fitness room equipped with several workout machines. There is on site laundromat so you don't have to travel w/ your dirty laundry. They have phones in the room so you can contact front desk for any questions or a wake up call The employees are very personable and always have a kind word when you pass them in the halls or at the front desk or even at breakfast ...there is always someone to assist your needs a few feet away. The location of the resort/hotel is near several nice restaurants whether your looking for an adult night or family night. They even have a big shots golf course within walking distance and of course a walmart!!! To top it off They have a breakfast buffet that has everything you could want including a endless coffee machine available 24/7. Combine all that with their rates and you will find there is no reason to go anywhere else. if you do decide to visit, I encourage you to leave a review of your own because I am sure you will find it as pleasing as we always do!!!!!!! My husband and I stayed for the weekend. It’s a nice hotel that is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was nice and hot (some hotels are horrible). They have a nice indoor pool, indoor hot tub and gym. We ate the FREE breakfast and it was so good. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that every room had a microwave and small refrigerator, perfect for leftovers. I would definitely chose to stay here the next time I’m in Springfield.

Baymont is right off of interstate 44. It was easy to find. Friendly staff from evening manager to breakfast staff. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Sadly for me, fitness room was not available until 7am. . Way too late for my travel schedule.

Booked room for my parents for one night since they were passing by. I believe it was Shawn at front desk was super helpful, made it super easy to book room and pay for so my parents wouldn't have to worry about it. I had mentioned to him that they didn't speak English so if he needed anything call me directly. I translated at checking for the most part over the phone however the next day I spoke to my parents after they checked out they said Shawn at check-in walked them to their room, helped with ac even tried getting some Spanish channels on TV for them lol. Thanks Shawn for your great kindness. Rare these days.

Getting away for a night this place was great. The check in was easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to relax and not worry about anything. Check out was easy and we appreciate the staff at Baymont!

We selected this hotel with the “Wyndham” name and we were disappointed in the lack of maintenance and curbside appearance. Smokers located surrounding the front door, dirty broken concrete, upon entering carpets stained and foul smelling. Not very welcoming and somewhat unnerving that we made the wrong choice to stay. We were greeted by the front desk and given our room assignment which lead to a clean moderate size room with a king bed. Upon our inspection carpets haven’t been cleaned behind bedside tables, probably ever, as we went searching for an outlet to plug in our phones. Bathroom was substantial but could definitely use an up grade.
