Nice and quiet hotel in a cool little cove right off the highway. Nice staff, the room was clean and smelled great. Felt safe and comfy.

We had a family gathering at this location recently. The check-in process was trouble free and quick. All of the rooms were clean and fresh smelling with more than adequate linens provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable and provided a restful sleep during the nights. This was a very convenient location to restaurants and the interstate. The staff were helpful with suggestions for several restaurants close by and so glad we were able to enjoy those great meals!

The only issue I had didn’t have anything to do with the hotel, just some of the guests. I think they paced the floor all night long. You can’t go wrong if you get a room upstairs…😊

The rooms were cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was ok. HOWEVER they no longer have the hot tub pictured 😔. That was why we chose them over other hotels in the area. Please remove pictures of hot tub so it isn't confusing when looking at hotels online, especially because you can't filter for hot tub on Google, only indoor pool.

My stay here has been an extended one and absolutely appreciate the Front Desk staff member Kaitlyn she greets me like family every time she’s working. It’s a fantastic thing that the hotel staff can remember name. Absolutely amazing person that you’ve hired believe me! I’m very pleasantly pleased with her comforting personality

We got in pretty late, no problems whatsoever. The room was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was very good as well. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was a little outdated, and there were a few cobwebs along the walls, but overall my stay was great! The shower had hot water, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. Check in and out was fast and the staff were very nice. If I find myself in Springfield again I know where I'll be booking.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great! There were cold items like cereal and fruit. Wife choose biscuits with sausage gravy and I had sausage links and eggs. I have nothing negative to say at all! I will choose Baymont again…

The young lady who checked us in was very personable and informative. Room was everything we needed, spacious and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast room was HUGE with a very nice variety of food items. They even notified us after we left of an item we left behind. Overall a great experience.

The nicest place I have stayed !!! Absolutely no complaints. Excellent, well maintained facility. I don’t travel much but was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. If I come back to the area, there is no doubt as to where I will stay. Pleasant, professional staff as well. Thank you.

Excellent hotel in Springfield. The room was large & clean. I appreciated the lavatory being separate from the bath & toilet do the former didn’t get steamy. Quiet, both in reference to outside noise & noise from other rooms. I also appreciated being able to check in early online, so the process was that much quicker upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Thursday morning breakfast the kitchen attendants were wonderful- Kala for one . The food was hot and the room was clean and front desk attendants all were great. We will stay at Baymont again.

The staff here is always super friendly-just a simple hello makes my morning -we go down stairs for the breakfast and angie always greets you with a great attitude and a friendly smile i will return over and over again

Angie and Kristina in the foodservice department were very friendly and helpful. Loved the teasing about going in the out door. Kristy and Abigail at the front desk were wonderful when my key wouldn't unlock my door. These four made my stay wonderful.
