Kurgis and Associates helped me and my children get thru a difficult situation when we were in a car accident they were attentive, encouraging, respectful and supportive. They listened to my needs, wants and expectations. They kept me informed and in the loop. Even when stepping into their office we were greeted with warmth and kindness unexpected by a lawyers office. Didn’t feel like just another client on the docket felt like they genuinely cared for us as people not just another case number. About a year ago, my daughter was involved in an accident where another driver ran a stop sign and totaled her car. She experienced significant neck and back pain for months, and still deals with some ongoing discomfort that requires continued chiropractic care. From the very beginning, the team handled everything with professionalism and care. They guided us through the entire process, managed the paperwork, and connected us with a chiropractor so my daughter could receive the treatment she needed without the stress of upfront costs. They truly took the guesswork out of a difficult situation. What stood out most was how seamless and stress-free they made the experience. At times, it almost felt too good to be true—but they followed through every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and for ensuring my daughter received fair compensation for her pain and suffering. Their hard work and support meant so much to our family.
Amazing from start to finish. There was always communication from Coral and she did such a wonderful job the whole time, with everything. We are very satisfied. To us the aftermath of the wreck is nothing short of overwhelmingly complicated. Melissa and the folks at Kurgis Law are experts at navigating these situations. We received a call from Melissa Hornick sharing with us about a benefit we were eligible to receive and that we would have never known about on our own. You talk about great news…especially when the short term disability has not shown up yet!!! I told my wife when this happened that we were going to need an attorney. I said to her, “you know in his commercials that Kevin Kurgis seems like a guy who knows how to fight…”. Our situation: we need someone fighting on our side and I believe we have that in Melissa and the people at Kurgis.
