Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Had a recent inspection done on a home we were purchasing. I almost decided to skip it but when I talked to the owner he gave me his honest and straightforward pros and cons of having an inspection done or not. And not at all pushy. A day later I called him. And good thing I did. He caught a few minor things but a water leak he detected was a life saver. Passed on the plumbing repairs of almost $600 to the seller. Thank you 1st Inspections team!

I recently had an inspection with this company after receiving referrals from a neighbor who recently used this company during their purchase. It was vital that I use an inspector familiar with my townhouse development. Bhavesh was the inspector. He was timely, professional, and friendly. He explained the process before starting, and during the process, he patiently answered my questions. During the inspection, he pointed out things and gave suggestions. I received an email to log in and view my report the same day, and he sent a copy to my attorney. I received an excellent summary, and the full report was laid out in a user-friendly format with clear photos. The report was written in an easy-to-use format, and there was a great tool to make a list of items for repair. I am delighted with the service I received, and I highly recommend this company.
