The inspection was detailed, and everything was explained clearly so I could fully understand the condition of the property and what needed attention. I especially appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and explain the findings instead of simply handing me a report. The inspection report was detailed, organized, and included helpful photos that made it easy to understand the issues. As a homebuyer, having an inspector who takes the time to be thorough and honest made a huge difference and gave me much more confidence moving forward with my purchase. I had an excellent experience with my home inspector Bhavesh Chauhan. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. He walked me through every part of the home, explained things in simple terms, and made sure I understood not just the current condition but also how to maintain everything long-term. He took the time to answer my questions and gave practical tips on maintaining key systems like the roof, HVAC, and overall home structure. I especially valued the extra guidance he provided on preventing future issues and protecting the longevity of the home. This was completely different from a previous inspection I experienced, and it made me feel confident in my purchase. Google

Bavesh was my inspector, and I would recommend him.. He was very professional, kind and thorough. He also was reasonably priced. I appreciated all the referrals that were sent to me afterwards. I got to view inside the sewer scope, go over the oil tank sweep with him, he was honest enough to let me know I didn't need a radon test and why. He made sure to go over the heating system, electrical panel and showed me where my cut off valves where the water and gas meters, and gas lines were. He took me through the home and explained everything what was in working order ,what wasn't, what needs to be fixed, replaced or what will need to be done in the future. We also went over potential hazards around the home. He used a drone for the roof. The report was easy to understand and the photos were clear. I like that I was able to create a list of things I wanted either replaced, repaired, or monetary value so that I can repair the things myself from the report. I was able to share the link with all parties involved at once. That made it much more simpler.
