I’m really happy to have found Absolute medical through Shirley Ryan! Their garments are very superior quality, long lasting and effective for lymphedema - my measurements have gone down considerably , the key is to wear them regularly. Elsa is excellent at what she does , extremely kind, friendly and professional. I am very thankful for all her helpful tips and it’s always so nice to see her. They can also send someone home for measurements if you have a tight schedule but I prefer to see Elsa if I can! Norma is great with appointments, she always gets me on the schedule and is very accommodating. Christine is also very good with answering emails and offering suggestions. I would give Absolute medical 10 stars if I could and highly recommend them to anyone. June 5 2026- Elsa came home to measure me for lymphedema garments. It was such a big help that she could come since I have severe fatigue from long Covid and other debilitating symptoms which make it hard to travel. Elsa is very thorough, so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Above all she has empathy which sometimes even doctors lack. She adjusts garment measurements to accommodate chest tightness I deal with on a daily basis and sizes them very accurately. She is the best, really cares for her patients and I trust her recommendations. She was also very prompt and efficient, keeping the appointment time reasonable for my comfort. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Colleen is also very pleasant and reached out herself letting me know I was eligible to get more garments. I may not have called them for a few months due to illness and not been able to get more garments I really needed. They all make an excellent team. I would highly recommend Absolute Medical to anyone in need of garments. Thank you so much Elsa and Colleen!

Great service. They are pro active in reminding me when I can order new compression stockings. If I need to be remeasured they accommodate where I can meet their rep which has always been at the place I get physical therapy. I’ve been with them for many years and am very satisfied.

Absolute Medical is very accurate with fittings for compression garments, better than other companies I have used. Also, Colleen in billing was extremely helpful in processing my recent order. This is the only company I would recommend for specialty medical garments.

Absolute Medical has been an excellent vendor in helping me navigate my journey of my leg lymphedema. Every appointment was completed professionally and conveniently at my PT appointment or at my home. My representative Henry is always willing to help me, call me, email me and help me make knowledge based decisions. This company truly wants each of their patients to improve their quality of life.

The staff at Absolute Medical is fabulous to work with. Patient, respectful, clearly explaining things, available for questions and guidance. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. I could not bend my leg appropriately to use the metal helper but the strip of sticky material works so easily to scrunch the toes to walk through the sock. Im so glad I started with open toe as I dont feel claustrophobic at all. The night garment did not work for me in bed, but I use it in the evening before bed and the legs feel great when I crawl in bed for the night. Im grateful to work with Absolute Medical and highly recommend their products and their service.
