Professional, and compassionate. They take their time, explain things well so that you understand. Nicole at the front desk is great as well. Very personable and was able to fit me in on a cancellation promptly. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a tooth that had an old filling that Doctors in the past wanted to do a crown on but they were able to just remove the filling & replace with a new one. Good as new! Didn’t need to spend all that money and lose the rest of my tooth to a crown.

First of all, I very much appreciated their accommodating my request/concerns. I wasn’t sure of the seriousness of my predicament, so I appreciated them for watching my back. As always Dr. Huang and the rest of her team have once again proven to me their commitment to doing great work, both professionally and personally. Dr. H and her team are amazing! I have very poor dentition due to a variety of reasons, but never have I been made to feel badly about it. I have been a part of every decision about my care and feel like part of the team! I have only dealt with Dr. H, Sarah and Nicole, but they are all fantastic!!

Dr. H is patient, thorough, and attentive. She gave me the most comprehensive assessment of my current dental health I've ever received, along with a clear plan to maintain and improve it. Her staff is just as wonderful—it’s clear that good leadership trickles down to the employees. The office is also very conscientious about dental insurance, providing highly accurate estimates. To top it off, the exam and cleaning were incredibly gentle (and this is coming from someone with a very sensitive mouth!). I would highly recommend Dr. H and her team!

Dr Ying-Hsien is absolutely the “BEST” and the staff are all great. I go in anxious and they all have their way of calming that down. Dr. Ying explained EVERYTHING step by step and shows you the before and after.

I had my first appt yesterday with Collins Rd Family Dental after moving to the Bristol area and needing a new dentist. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m a person who hates going to the dentist, but they were incredibly kind and accommodating- every single one of them. They were very thorough with the exam, had great dental equipment for imaging, explained everything, and were personable. Thank you for assuaging my worries! ❤️
