ROC physical therapist is awesome! They have tailored my exercises for my special needs. The pain treatment with hands on targeted massage and dry needles are more effective than other treatments I have tried at other places.

The whole staff is elite. I’m a young adult and I pretty much couldn’t walk with a bad lower back - a month later and I feel almost back to my normal self. Can’t say enough good things about ROC. Friendly and effective…that’s all you need to know!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Not only did they patiently help me deal with my shoulder and carpel tunnel issue, but they went above and beyond to do it. Always being accommodating, carefully listening and answering every question. The staff is professional and reassuring, while simultaneously being incredibly kind, (funny) and talkative. It honestly felt like being amongst friends and I genuinely came to really really enjoy my evenings there, which is not something you usually say when talking about treating an injury.   Special thanks to Collin, Jolee, Tyler and the entire staff!!

These people are miracle workers. I came in for ankle pain that was affecting my ability to sleep and after the first visit I had significant improvement and that has continued with each visit. The staff are fun and my visits are quite enjoyable despite the sometimes uncomfortable therapy.

Really like ROC! They work with you individually not like other PT's where they just throw you on a machine and figure out your routine. Everyone has been awesome 👌.

PT at ROC is nothing like the 1st time I had PT. I look forward to my appointments & know I will feel better when I leave. I am kept informed on why I am doing certain movements, I do not do the same routine every appointment. Everyone there is friendly and open to answer questions. They do their best to work with your schedule. Tyler & Jolie know the right place and pressure to get you feeling better. Davis & Emma give positive encouragement when doing something wrong and with just a few words they have you doing the exercise correctly.

Tyler at ROC physical therapy has done a great job determining the underlying problem with my knees and providing a solution to improve them. He listens well, explains things so a non-medical back ground person can understand, and is encouraging as I get stronger. Highly recommend Tyler and the Tempe office staff!

From my first step into the offices, the whole team has been kind, personable, attentive and professional. Tyler was thorough in his assessment of my condition and listened attentively to my feedback and personal experiences. He fashioned a tailored treatment plan to best serve my recovery and customized each session to meet my needs and help me regain my mobility Every staff member is supportive and well trained to supervise the exercises and activities needed to achieve wellness.

The service provided by Scott, the hand specialist, is the best. I took 1 star away because the 1 on 1 time with Scott is limited. He is usually working with 4-6 patients at a time. He usually has 1 other person working with him but it gets very crowded in their little corner. I don't know if he gets overbooked or why exactly there's so many people being treated at once. But, if I needed hand/elbow therapy again I'd probably try somewhere else. Not because of Scott but in hopes of getting more 1 on 1 time with the provider.
