I went to Top Fitness because they carried a lesser known, but high quality treadmill that I wanted to check out. Susan helped me out and did a great job. She knew the products (beyond just regurgitating fact sheets) and was happy to share information, but also gave me plenty of space to check things out for myself which I appreciated. Susan was super helpful in coordinating to setup a sale and pick up via phone and email (I had my toddler with me which makes things complicated). The other employees help me load the tread into my van. Another employee pointed out because of the deck design you need to loosen the belt for lubing. Additionally she went out of her way to follow up with some helpful information which I appreciated. I wish I knew about this store sooner when I was freighting some strength equipment up here. They had a decent selection of racks, weights, and specialty bars which I'll be happy to get more of in the future. Totally recommend someone looking for fitness equipment of all kinds to check out! (also because they have equipment in stock so you wont have to wait and deal with the Alaska shipping debacle).

I cannot say enough good things about Top Fitness Anchorage. I live in rural Alaska and have been working with Vince for equipment for my small private training studio. From our first conversation, Vince has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly, working with me through multiple orders. Living in rural Alaska means I cannot come to the store in person so he has been communicating with me and providing pictures and dimensions, and answering all of my many questions. My husband and I cancelled our gym membership in January 2019 and realized we could save a bunch of money by having our own fitness equipment in our home. We found Precor Home Fitness in Anchorage, and decided to visit. Clint was welcoming and great at helping us decide on which pieces of equipment we wanted. There was no pressure to buy or anything like that. He helped us stay within our budget. He was able to print off quotes and drawings for us at our first visit. We took home the drawings to make sure the equipment would fit in the space that we wanted to put them. We went back the next day to make a purchase. We ended up with a nice treadmill and the M2 multigym. They even sell foam floor squares for your to put your new equipment on. I'm looking forward to our delivery date! I won't have an excuse to work out now. In the future we will be going to Precor in Anchorage for all of our gym equipment needs. I highly recommend Precor to anyone even thinking about getting fitness equipment.
