Amazing employees and artists! Wife and I went for me to get a tattoo out of the blue...they got me in, designed what I had in mind, added a little artistic flair...couldn't be happier! Will definitely return when we are in the area....I was the "hang on...hold on...hang on" guy, lol. You guys and gals rock!!

Piercers are well-trained and easy to talk to; they give good advice regarding care and are ethical in the advice they give regarding anatomy. They let me know the risks I have in getting piercings that don't suit my anatomy. Overall a really chill place; I've gotten 3 piercings there so far and plan on coming back for more when my current ones heal. Haven't had an issue in any of my piercings rejecting or becoming infected either. Definitely worth your time and money!

Dani is great. Did some body piercings and the experience was very good, he has a good hand and makes you feel comfortable. Brought my 17 yr old daughter as well and we are very happy with the results.

My daughter and I got our nose piercing done here. The shop is very clean and everything was sterilized and in individual packaging. The technician was very nice and did a great job and also guided us on after care and healing process. Two days later and there's no pain, swelling, or redness and it looks to be healing nicely.

I had a really good time getting my second piercing here. I haven’t gotten a piercing done since I was a baby and I was a little nervous. They walk you through the process and are VERY sanitary which of course I appreciated. Also include aftercare instructions which help for someone who’s never gotten pierced or if it’s just been a while. This is a photo of my piercing a few days later!

For a birthday gift, I was surprised with my 1st tattoo. The experience from start to finish was pleasant. I gave ideas of what I wanted and Maurico carefully hand crafted every detail. I'm still in awe of it! Professionalism, creativeness and overall experience was great!

I hate to say I can remember the girls name that pierced mine and my daughter’s ears and I’m so sorry about that but she was truly amazing. It was well worth it. It’s been over a week since we’ve got our piercings done and both of our piercings are still in good shape good health and not infected whatsoever she also freehanded all of the piercings. She was truly amazing so sweet and so professional, I would definitely recommend seeing her for piercings. I’m so sorry. I cannot remember your name and I hate that but you were truly amazing with me and my daughter Izzy!!!

Geronimo did my tattoo and I could not have asked for anyone better! His attention to detail, sketching it out, coloring it in was the first time I've had a tattoo artist take that much time making sure I liked it and even suggesting some ways to make it better. I would highly recommend this tattoo studio!

Got 3 piercings on the same ear (2 forward helix, 1 tragus) and everything went smoothly. They took time to help me design the placement and different types of piercing options. Other places I’ve gone use a fine-point sharpie marker to mark the placement. Here they used a purple type of ink that made the dots too large (imo) - the ink kept smearing and it took longer than I expected to get the markings right. But other than that it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

I walked in on a Tuesday to get a second nose piercing I had a coupon from when I got the first piercing. It was quick and easy. The lady who did it was friendly. The starter jewelry was good quality and the vibe was good because of the young lady who helped me. We went to the one at concord mills.
