I recently purchased a EFX 245 Precor Elliptical machine from Utah Home Fitness (UHF) in Sandy. Clint, my sales consultant, provided me with the information I needed in a professional and patient manner to help me decide which machine would best help me achieve my fitness goals at the age of sixty-nine with bad knees. The machine is fitness center quality and very easy on my joints (knees). I looked at the other brand of Machines at Scheels. Compared to Precor, the other brands appeared cheaply made. UHF beat the internet prices with free assembly, delivery and other added value. UHF assembled and delivered the equipment with in one week. The delivery technicians lost the rear end caps; however, Clint personally delivered and installed the end caps the next day after I called him concerning the matter. Great follow-up! UHF sells high quality fitness products in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Clint and UHF for your fitness equipment and supplies.

Utah home fitness is amazing! The guys in there are extremely professional and helpful! We worked with Clint and he helped us get everything we needed to make our home gym the best it could be on our budget! With all the COVID stuff and 2 small children we decided to put the money we would spend on a gym membership into our home gym and it was the best decision! Clint got us a cable machine and a weight set up for a great price and with the money we saved we were able to get some rubber flooring that they also carry in store!

We have been looking at buying equipment for a VERY long time. After frequent stops at Utah home fitness to look at and test the newest and latest Chase and the whole sales staff never wavered. Always there, courteous, helpful and never pressured. Last week we finally made our purchase and couldn’t be happier. The equipment and staff are 2nd to none!!! I knew what I wanted before I went in the store. It was a process of identifying which product fit my needs best. I was guided through the process with no pressure and had the recumbent bicycle features explained to me. The delivery was “on time” and it was quickly set up and operational. Everyone I visited with was excellent and very professional. They answered all of my questions, made suggestions, added additional information, and did not put pressure on me to purchase a product beyond my needs. I highly recommend, if you need home fitness equipment that you give Utah Home Fitness in Sandy strong consideration.

Thought about the TRM 445 for over a year. Utah Home Fitness was having a great sale. Called their shop and spoke to Chase about the pros of purchasing this particular treadmill. Chase was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Excellent customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The treadmill I purchased was brought to my home, assembled, and all wrappings removed. All of the people I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I live 150 miles south of the Salt Lake Valley so this service was huge for me. The equipment I bought was top quality.

Everything went very well, as scheduled. The equipment was set up, assembled and they took ample time to explain it’s operation. But...later, as I was using it, I noticed some squeaks and rattles. Upon closer inspection, I found several nuts were finger tight and and not completely tightened. No problem as I broke out my wrenches and tightened everything up correctly. Bottom line, a little more attention to detail is needed during original assembly to ensure everything is tight and solid. Overall, other than the loose fasteners, a pleasant experience and will recommend Utah Home Fitness.
