GoogleIn my opinion, the store experience was great, superb, terrific, but the installation in my home was problematic. I do not fault the two delivery/installation people. They did the best they could but the machine was more than their match. Perhaps a bigger delivery team was needed. Lots of small superficial damage to walls, so now I will patch and paint. Some superficial damage to the machine also but nothing intolerable.

GoogleWe recently bought a True treadmill from Utah Home Fitness in Sandy. Katrina was wonderful to work with and it was nice to be able to try the various treadmill models. She and Chase treated us so well and answered all of our questions. It took about 2 weeks to receive our treadmill. The delivery service was wonderful as well. They texted us the day before and delivered the treadmill the next day. It was obvious that they were experienced in assembling and calibrating the treadmill. They were polite, kind, and answered all of our questions. Overall, this was a great experience!

GoogleHad a great experience today shopping for an elliptical. Clint was very knowledgeable about their inventory and quickly picked up on some concerns we had. I felt literally zero pressure (something I was worried about before coming in), Clint was really good about noticing when we wanted space and – without us having to ask – gave us room to walk the floor and talk. Prices were competitive with online, but I feel much better about investing in such significant equipment with a retailer nearby that I can call for service if something is wrong. We live nearby and I can say for sure we'll be back any time we need additional exercise equipment. We're already talking about which thing we want to get when we come back next time!
