The level of service that Mark, Ash, and the team provides every time is multiple levels above that of other area providers in my opinion. I feel like I am more than a customer; I feel like a friend or family member. In the multiple years I’ve been going there only once have I had a small issue which was product related and not that of the business, but it was immediately handled above and beyond my expectations. And just in case that wasn’t enough, the absolutely stunning, well appointed, spotless, engaging, comfortable and inviting lobby area is something that is a must see. Not only is it a stroll down memory lane, it is a proud trumpeter our hometown. These add-ons certainly come at an expense to the business, but the business does not charge for these and encourages all to take as many items as they wish I would not think of going to another provider under any circumstances. Lambert has my business for life.
