I had my tires aligned and two back tires put on. The service was 10/10. My car was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. They have a really neat aesthetic on the inside as well. I had a great experience.

I had rear brake pad replaced. My appointment was at 7:30. It was ready to go shortly after 8:00. Everyone was nice and professional. The price was excellent. I will return for any tire/brake issue in the future.

I would just like to say how much my husband and I appreciate the owner of this business! We had an accident and we're stranded at Kroger with two tires with a gash in them. He stopped and helped us change the tire. He even drove to his house for a piece of wood to extend the jack. When we finished he would not take any money. If we lived closer to Carrolton we would definitely be patrons of this business!! Thank you again for your time and patience!!

First time using Lambert Tire Co and they were great! I dealt with Ash and he was very pleasant and gave honest opinions when I called in to get prices on a new set of tires for my wife’s car. I was happy with their pricing and went right up to the store. I was in and out under an hour with an alignment and 4 new tires installed. While we waited, we enjoyed the nicely decorated office/waiting area. Ash was so kind to our 6 year old daughter who had to wait with us; he gave her a token to purchase a piece of art out of their retro art vending machine. Good customer service is hard to come by these day, the folks at Lambert Tire Co are spot on!

This is my second review for Lambert Tire Company. Today they changed the oil and rotated the tires in two of my cars. I can’t say enough good things about their services and products. Ash and Mark are good people to deal with. Give them a call when you need tires or basic maintenance to your car to schedule an appointment. They will evaluate your concerns and then recommend a plan for service according to your budget. I have been using them for over 20 years now and have always been satisfied.

The level of service that Mark, Ash, and the team provides every time is multiple levels above that of other area providers in my opinion. I feel like I am more than a customer; I feel like a friend or family member. In the multiple years I’ve been going there only once have I had a small issue which was product related and not that of the business, but it was immediately handled above and beyond my expectations. And just in case that wasn’t enough, the absolutely stunning, well appointed, spotless, engaging, comfortable and inviting lobby area is something that is a must see. Not only is it a stroll down memory lane, it is a proud trumpeter our hometown. These add-ons certainly come at an expense to the business, but the business does not charge for these and encourages all to take as many items as they wish I would not think of going to another provider under any circumstances. Lambert has my business for life.
