Precor Home Fitness provides safety and effective gym equipment that help me to achieve my goal. I tried lots of elliptical in various fitness centers in the past 13 years, the one I love most is the brand Precor that placed on our company's gym room.

We just got our 425 Precor treadmill and absolutely love it. The staff was very friendly and there was a great selection. Delivery and installation went smooth. Jordan, our sales rep, was really knowledgable and not pushy. He went above and beyond to fix an order error with the floor mat and came out himself to deliver it. Highly recommend!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I first was introduced to Ixchelle via FaceBook messenger. She responded quickly and offered many options for a Rower. I went to the store and the entire staff were very kind, knowledgeable and open with suggestions, for my needs. Ixchelle wasn’t pushy. Very patient with all my questions. I purchased a rower, with expected delivery in 2 weeks. She called 3 days after the sale saying they could bump my delivery sooner if I wanted. Great follow up customer service. I will definitely make the drive up to purchase more equipment from her when I am in need.

I liked the way Jordan Wilson explained the functionality of the recumbent bike. It will be delivered this month and I hope we will have none of the quality problems I’m seeing elsewhere on this page.

We had done a lot of online research prior to coming into the lynnwood Precor store . We had even gone to another equipment store in Bellevue. We felt very comfortable working with Jordan he was very knowledgeable about the differences between each brand and was patient with all of our questions. We bought a true treadmill and a water rower in classic. I would easily go back when it is time to add to our at home gym again.

Jordan the store manager is an extremely customer focused person. He helped us choose our new and used equipment including purchasing a piece of certified preowned. Our spin bike was making a noise and he sent somebody out to fix it immediately. Jordan keep us in the loop every step of the way. The fact that he would do this and that Precor is a local company helped us to create our own home gym during these crazy pandemic times. I highly recommend Jordan and his company. I will shop there again.

After 33 years walking on my Precor treadmill, it quick during my workout. Time to get a new one. I knew I wanted another Precor. Went to Precor Home Fitness in Lynnwood. We went to this location to buy a thread mill for my home. We worked with Jordan, He is super friendly attentive and patient and answered all our questions. At the end he gave us a good deal and made our visit to this store a good one. We are yet to receive the equipment. so far we had a very good experience..I will update once we get to try out the thread mill we purchased.

I had an amazing experience at Precor Lynnwood. My salesman Jordan was great, extremely knowledgeable and really looked out for my best interests. I was looking at an elyptical I liked but he had me try a less expensive model to ensure I was getting the right price point for my needs. He also helped to get shipping handled during the Coronavirus shut down and got me a really quick turnaround on it! I strongly recommend Jordan at Precor Lynnwood!

Daniel was a big help in every way. Such a big help in my decision making process. And very accommodating with my needs. You don't always find this level of service when you are older and walk with a cane!! Thank you so much Daniel Johnson. So I bought the perfect recumbent bike for me. I rode the bike for two days and then the left pedal bar disengaged from the body of the bike. I called Daniel right away and he got in touch with a repairman who came to my house the next business day which was Monday. Alberto checked the whole bike. The pedal had not been properly tightened. he put on another brand new bar and tightened both pedal bars. I have had no other problems. Loving my bike. Thank you to Precor, Daniel and Alberto for great customer service.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about all the PreCor Ellipticals my husband and I were interested in purchasing.. He was very “laidback” and did not pressure us in any way. He asked us questions and gave his pinion when warranted. We ended up purchasing a very high end elliptical. When it arrived at our home it was unusable. He went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up with a refurbished model and our so happy with his professionalism with the return and then repurchase. He was kind and accepted our decision without trying to talk us into the same model at the same price. He made phone calls and made out PreCor purchase pleasant. We highly recommend Jordan!

I just got my ZeroRunner delivered today! I’m so glad Daniel helped me with deciding on the right model and got me a great deal too. His concern for what I was looking for instead of trying to convince to buy the most expensive model was refreshing. Today I bought the Spirit XT385 treadmill. Probably the best warranty in the industry which is an indicator of quality. Jordan was the sales rep and floor manager who facilitated the sale. He actually emailed me a quote to include installation and applied a generous military discount. After testing out the treadmill and meeting Jordan he closed the deal in 5 minutes and told me to call him personally if I ever have an issue or questions. How can you beat that?! Ask for Jordan. You won’t be disappointed.
