The process was pretty straightforward. My rep Kyle was thorough, no pressure. I felt he did his best break the price under our average monthly FPL monthly charge. We were in need of new roof, with changes in protecting the insurance profits, we had some setbacks. So the no out of pocket up front, roof and energy efficient panels was. Win win.

The sales men showed up on time and were knowledgeable about their product and worked with me to meet my requirements for installing solar. I cannot say much more at this time as the process is just getting started.

The young man that came to talk with me was very professional and accurate and on time. He took the time to explain everything to me and he answered all my questions to where I understood everything. He is the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. He was very helpful when I asked him about anything and if I told him I didn't understand he put everything in words that I did understood. I think he needs raise or promotion. The young lady we talked with also very nice and professional and helpful. Both extremely great at their jobs.
