I lost my first post, so I will make this short. I want to give a shout out to Bryon who came out to give me an estimate and then installed the garage door lifter. He was terrific and what I really appreciated was his honesty. He knew that I knew NOTHING about the door or anything else about it. He could have taken advantage of that but he did not. He did a superb job and I am so happy with the ease I now have to get in and out of my garage . Thank you Bryon, and thank you to DGD for being a great business in our area .

This is our second time using DGD. Last year they did a great job replacing our garage door opener. A few days ago our garage door spring broke & we could not open the door. Called DGD and Alex was out in a few hours & had it fixed! Alex was great! Would not use anyone else.

I’ve been using DGD for years - all different issues from the opener to damage to the door. They have always been on time, efficient, and the work was always professionally done. My 22 year old opener finally died… Daniel from DGD replaced the opener with a new one in just over an hour. The new opener is so quiet I have to keep looking to make sure it’s working! The garage door opener turned out great. But when I needed a new remote garage door opener, he wanted to charge me $175 plus an hour labor. Seems to me you charged me enough for the garage door opener ($800) that a remote opener for the side of my garage should have been included. If I known that it wasn’t included, I probably would have bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and had my son install it.

Mike, our technician, was on time and had everything he needed on hand to fix my garage door which had previously been sight unseen. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was fixed within a matter of an hour and Mike made sure to go above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We received a call a day before the service to confirm all the details of the technicians visit for the following day. Discount Garage Doors did everything it said it would do and much more. We called with an emergency repair and the technician arrived within a couple of hours, even though it was well past business hours. He got to work quickly and completed the repair in a timely fashion. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Discount Garage Doors is amazing! Daniel had been out a couple of weeks ago to set up my garage door openers. Not being technically inclined, I screwed them up a couple of weeks later. Jayden showed up in time and very professional. I needed a logic board due to a power surge. He didn’t have one on board his work truck, but came back the next day as promised and on time with a new one and installed it. I like the idea that they keep you informed and show up within the time frame quoted. Jayden is an asset to his company.

It was late Friday afternoon when I called Discount Garage Doors because my garage door wouldn’t open. Within one hour I had a serviceman arrive to assess and fix the problem on the spot. Excellent Customer Service and timely repair!

I called DGD when my garage door was intermittently working. I spoke with Lindsay who scheduled my service. She was very polite and even called me a couple of times when they had openings in their schedules. Brandon, the service technician came out and explained that intermittent issues are sometimes hard to diagnose because the garage door opener works and then abruptly stops. He spent time to analyze and resolve the issue and got the opener working. It has been operating smoothly since. In addition, he gave me options with prices to replace the opener if needed in the future. I never felt pressured into a sale, nor did he ever insist that I needed a new opener, but I was glad to be given options. I highly recommend DGD.
