Was a little hestitant on using this service as I had not heard of it before and found it by google search. I did have to wait a few days for my card to become available but the process was easier than I expected and much more convenient than going to a renewal spot. Recommending this site to friends who need mmj renewals. It also seems to be cheaper than several other online certification companies.

It was super fast and easy, they filled out the application for me and I was approved and had my card within days!

Only thing i had issues is the video appt link didnt work to go directly to the room with dr. So i had to log on and check in for appt. Fast, Easy, and the RN was nice. If you have ebt and dont got the physical card you still have 14 days to upload it to the state website and will get the discount. No worries. :) from setting up appts and payment took 3 days from registering state to get digital card within portal.

So I needed to get a card for medical reasons. I also am having health issues that prevent me from driving at times so I depend on my wife for transport. I started the process and talked with dr maculla. The exam process I guess you would call it lasted about half hour. The doctor was very friendly and made me feel comfortable revealing info that seems difficult to discuss. She was very helpful and respectful. I felt empathy coming from her and as far as a telephone exam had a great bedside manner. The rest of the process was just as easy but you will find it does take just a bit for everything to come together so to speak. Follow telephone and text instructions and wait for the emails to come in. My card was processed and approved in less than 24 hours. Crazy. This was the best medical experience I have had in a long time. If you are having issues with transportation live rurally or have social anxiety issues regarding things of this nature hit that button. Well worth it
