Keep in mind that the rates they charge are not minimum wage, it currently comes out to about $25/hr. I think they are fair to both sides. They will find the right person based on the project you need completed. They charge a flat fee when you book work, and then you pay the worked the remainder directly. They also contact you before the job and follow up afterwards.

I paid for up to 5 hrs they were done in 2.. there was a slight misunderstanding from the office/ other helper he had ended up bringing a 3rd helper when I only paid for 2. Other then that it was really good..

GoogleI live in Ruidoso & its very hard to get people to work up here so i called CLP & they set it up to come the next day. I had them build a gazebo over my jacuzzi. It was very difficult to build but they stayed here till 9:00 pm to make sure the work got done. I really appreciate the job they did for me. I will not hesitate to use CLP again I went ahead & gave both of them a tip due to how hard they worked. THANK YOU CLP !!!!!

I think this is great idea for community or DYI resident who have too many or big job they can't handle themselves, but don't want to pay often too expensive contractors to do project. It is reasonable cost, professional and responsive staff. I will use the service again. My worker did not have experience for my concrete project, but I was able to train him quickly to do satisfactory workmanship.
